- Closing the eyes during the prayers. This is a Huge problem, and this is something that the Prophet (saw) also mention that this was something that he prohibited from himself and also for the companions as well.
Even TBN AL-QAYYUM (RA) also mentions that anybody who wishes to follow the guidance of the messenger (saw) they should abstain from closing their eyes during the prayer.
IMAM AHMAD (RA) mentions that this is actually from the action of the yahudi and how they would pray.

- A person moving too much in prayers.
This is the next problem moving too much in prayer some ulema have said for a person who move carelessly too much in prayers can actually break their salah, can actually nullify their prayers.
The Prophet (saw) mentioned, "Protect yourself from KATHRATUL HARAKA". Protect yourself from too much movement in salah.
The Prophet (saw) did not prohibit any movement in the salah, So you literally don't have to train yourself to be like a statue and focused in salah.
