Hedgehog Day

It was dawn at the small of Robotnik's fortress, as an alarm clock started to beep at 6:00 AM, and the mad doctor awoke from his sleep. Once Robotnik got up from bed, Orbot came into the room with a tray that had scrambled eggs and beacon. Orbot: "Wake E wake E, eggs & beacon E." Dr Robotnik: "Don't ever say that again." Orbot: "Today's the day that you used your special Egg tank to finally defeat Sonic & Pac-Man, so I thought about making you a special breakfast." Dr Robotnik: "Well at least you didn't filled my glass with oil this time, by the way, is my Egg tank ready?" Cubot: "Yup!" said Cubot, who came in with a baby bib. Dr Robotnik: "The other Egg tank." Blinky: "You still use a baby bib?" said the red ghost boy, who came to the scene with his ghostly siblings, spooking the mad doctor. Dr Robotnik: "Didn't your parents ever told you not to sneak up on people?!" Inky: "Don't blame us, we're ghosts, it's in our nature to spook people." Dr Robotnik: "Whatever, now if you excuse me, I have a battle to get ready for." once breakfast was over, he went to his super computer, showing images of Pacster, Sonic & the other Mobians getting ready to have a movie day. Tails collected some candy, before chocking on one and Sonic patted him on the back to cough it out. Then the timer for the oven made a ding sound, allowing Vanilla to know that the food was ready. Dr Robotnik: "Movie day huh?, spoiler alert, I win while you lose... wait a minute... that's one of my movies!, oh those rodents are so gonna be crushed!" shouted the mad doctor, unaware that the ghost gang heard it all and flown off to warn the heroes. Meanwhile, the young heroes were watching a mini movie about a talking chimp known as Comedy Chimp, and the screen showed him falling out of a plane before using a parachute to slow down the fall. Once Comedy Chimp said 'I guess that wasn't the man's room door', everyone started to laugh. Vanilla: "Hmm... where did you get this film?" Tails: "Well Sonic & I might have swiped it from Eggman's fortress some time ago." Cream: "But isn't that stealing?, and momma says that stealing is wrong." Sonic: "Yeah, but he's the bad guy, and we needed something for entertainment." that was when the ghost gang came to the scene. Blinky: "Hey guys, we got bad news for..." Amy: "Shush!, no talking during the movie, [Knuckles making slurping sounds while drinking a soda can] shush!, no slurping, [then Robotnik's egg tank comes to the scene] and no attacking Eggman... wait..." All: "Eggman?!" Dr Robotnik: "It's not Eggman!, it's Robotnik!" yelled the mad doctor, before shooting a red fire ball from his egg tank and Amy used her hammer to send it right back. Of course Robotnik fires another fire ball, only this time blue, to counteract the first one. Pacster tried to use a power berry, but trips on a rock and the berry comes in between the fireballs. Then a lightning bolt from a storm, that no one noticed until now, hits the fire balls and the power berry at the same time, causing a hug flash of light that engulfed the whole island. Once the flash ended, Dr Robotnik found himself in his bed again, and Orbot came to the scene with a tray in hand that had the same breakfast food. Orbot: "Wake E wake E, eggs & beacon E!" Dr Robotnik: "I told you not to say that again... wait..." Orbot: "Today's the day that you used your special Egg tank to finally defeat Sonic & Pac-Man, so I thought about making you a special breakfast." Dr Robotnik: "This seems oddly familiar... what's going on here?" it was not long before Robotnik went to use his egg tank and everything that happened before, including the event with the fireballs, power berry & lightning bolt combining happened again, before the same flash of light came and Dr Robotnik found himself in his bed again. Dr Robotnik: "Okay, now I know something is up, somehow I'm living the same day over & over again..." so the mad doctor went to study what was going on, then an idea came to his head. Dr Robotnik: "I got it, somehow when the fire balls, the lightning bolt and Pac-Man's power berry came together, it caused some sort of time loop, so all I have to do is not attacking Sonic and the others until the day is over, piece of cake." he said to himself, before the flash of light came and the mad doctor was on his bed again, with an annoyed look on his face. Dr Robotnik: "Well that didn't work... hmm... maybe I could use this to my advantage, like it will help me get my plan on destroying Sonic & that yellow ball to finally succeed." and so Robotnik tries to alter the events of the battle by sending his robots to capture Amy so that she can't stop him and then taking the power berries from Pacster so he can finally capture Sonic and the others. The plan would have stayed a success if the flash of light didn't came and started the day over again. Orbot: "Um doc, I got some beacon." Dr Robotnik: "I can't take another day of the same day!" so the mad doctor was drawing some math on a chalk board in hopes to find a theory on how to stop the time loop, while eating some cookies. Cubot: "You really should eat healthier." Dr Robotnik: "It doesn't matter... [before using a pair of scissors to cut his big bushy mustache in half, shocking the robots.] noun of this matters as tomorrow will be a due over anyway." Cubot: "Really?, see ya tomorrow." said Cubot, before he and Orbot left the scene. Dr Robotnik: "It's no use, I can't figure this out alone... and as much as I hate to admit it... I need some help..." at the hut of the Mobians, they were getting ready for their movie, when the sound of the door knocking came, and Cream went to answer it, only to gasp in shock and slammed the door with frightened look on her face. Cream: "It's Eggman!" All: "Eggman?!" yelped the Mobians and Pacster, before Robotnik opens the door. Dr Robotnik: "Normally I would correct you about my name, but that's not important now, for you see... I need your help." Tails: "You... need our help?" Knuckles: "Since when did you wanted our help, when all the other times you tried to destroy us?" Sticks: "Yeah, what makes you think we'll help you?" Dr Robotnik: "Can you at least hear what the problem is?" Sonic: "What do you want, Eggman?" Dr Robotnik: "Well here's a funny story, you see, I was attacking you with my egg tank today, when a freak accident caused an endless time loop, making me reliving the same day over and over again." Tails: "There's no such thing as a time loop." Dr Robotnik: "That's what I thought too, oh by the way, you're about to choke on a piece of candy." once the mad doctor said that, Tails started to choke on the piece of candy he was eating, before Sonic patted his back to cough it out. Tails: "Uh... lucky guess." Dr Robotnik: "The oven's timer is about to go off to tell Vanilla that lunch is ready." once he said that, the oven's timer made a ding sound, alerting the rabbit mother Mobian that the food was ready. Vanilla: "Another lucky guess." Dr Robotnik: "Alright, if the day starts over again, what can I say to convince you?" sometime later, when the time loop happened again. The mad doctor got back to the Mobians and Pac worlder. Tails: "There's no such thing as a time loop." Dr Robotnik: "Oh yeah, last night you had a dream that you were being chased by a giant sock puppet." this made Tails to pause in surprise for a moment, before looking at the others. Tails: "Okay... I stand corrected." Sonic: "Okay, if that's true, how do we stop it?" Dr Robotnik: "That's what I'm having trouble figuring out." Tails: "Where did it all started?" Dr Robotnik: "At the beach, where you were watching one of 'my' movies by the way." Sonic: "Like you never tried to steal something from us." Dr Robotnik: "Alright, good point." it was not long before they got to where the time loop got started, and noticed a small orb of energy floating in mid air. Tails: "I think I got it, if we can redirect the lightning bolt away from that orb, we can stop the time loop." Vanilla: "Oh dear, if I knew that there was going to be a storm today, we wouldn't be outside watching the movie." Knuckles: "Speaking of lightning, how are we gonna redirect it?" Pacster: "Maybe I can fix that." said the yellow Pac worlder, before eating a power berry, then turning into a metal version of himself with a magnet attached to his tongue. As soon as the lightning bolt came down from the sky, Pacster used his magnet tongue to attract the bolt away from the orb. Unfortunately, the bolt his Pacster, giving him the shock of his life before turning back to normal while covered in smoke. Vanilla: "Oh my goodness!" Sonic: "Are you okay?!" Pacster: "Yeah... but now I think that might have been a really bad idea." Tails: "Yeah, but it looks like it worked." and he was right, as the glowing orb suddenly vanished, meaning that now the time loop has finally ended. Cream: "So will time be back to normal?" Amy: "I sure hope so." the scene changes back to Robotnik's fortress, and the mad doctor got out of bed before Orbot came into the room. Orbot: "Wake E wake E, eggs & sausages." seeing that there were sausages instead of beacon, the mad doctor knew right away that he was finally free from the time loop. Dr Robotnik: "Hooray!, it's a whole new day at last!" Orbot: "Oh you mean the time loop is over?" Dr Robotnik: "Well of course." Cubot: "Hey doc, your egg tank is ready!" Dr Robotnik: "Do I look like a baby to you?" Cubot: "No, you like a giant upside down..." Dr Robotnik: "If you say giant upside down egg, I will turn you into scrap metal!" Cubot: "Okay." said Cubot, as even he was not stupid enough to finish his sentence in front of the mad doctor.
