Elena's POV

I woke up, disoriented, realizing I was in my room. As I clumsily rose from my bed, a wave of dizziness swept over me. "Must have gotten up too fast," I mumbled to myself. I changed into comfortable clothes and, despite the persistent dizziness, made my way downstairs.

I sensed Felix's watchful gaze as I descended the steps, my unsteady movements betraying the lingering effects of whatever had transpired. With each step, the dizziness intensified until it overcame me completely. Just as the world tilted and I began to fall, Felix moved with vampiric speed, catching me in his cold embrace just in time to prevent a potentially harmful impact.

His cold hand rested on my forehead as he expressed concern, "You're burning up." The fever that had gripped me intensified, and before I could respond, the world faded away, and I passed out in his protective arms. The enigma surrounding the events unfolded, and I was left to grapple with the unsettling uncertainty that seemed to intertwine with my very existence.
