Year Three

Ijiel's POV

Time flies so fast, it feels like those three years were just in the blink of an eye. Now we are in our 10th grade.

Still I'm keeping Font's secret, also Hayie does that now too, also Celestia...Satchy, my sister well partially for my sister, kasi di pa naman niya nakikita at nakilala ng personal si Font. Though in Hayie's?, Celestia and Satchy's part? well si Font and kusang umamin sakanila.

Because we are close friends right now, Font confesses to them out of the blue. Though they already suspected him to be Gay, they never concluded for him but honestly they were looking forward to that one day, for their query to be answered, then they finally got their answers. Well moving on!

Year three: Part of the Story...

Nothing much for the past two years, maliban nalang...This year. Ako, si Font, Satchy, Hayie, Celestia, and with our bagong recruit, Avra. We are moving to the 1st section.

But alam na ba ni Avra na bakla si Font?, she'll figure it out. I hope she is not homophobic... because in the past two years may mga classmates kaming ubod ng homophobic, pero mga mama parin naman nila ang naglalaba ng mga brip nila.

Umagang-umaga...

"Where is Hayie?"
Bungad agad ni Celestia nang maka pasok sa room.

Parehas ang titig sa silya ni Hayie na bakante, ay agad ko itong sinagot.

"Ospital. Parin..."

"It's already 18 days Ijiel...at admitted parin."
She said, looking straight into Hayie's assigned seat.

"Mag review ka, lahat ng subjects, kung kailangan na gawin natin lahat ng assignments and outputs niya, at pakopyahin siya sa lahat ng test gawin natin."

"A friend. Must do it, Ijiel"
Mautoridad niyang hayag.

Nilapag niya sa harap ko ang lahat ng reviewer na alam kong ginawa niya, lahat.

Nasa kanan ko lang si Satchy kaso tulog ito sa arm chair at hindi na inabala ni Celestia pa, tumabi nalang ito sa kaliwa ko.

"AP, TLE, Science at Values ang sayo" Si Celest

"English, Filipino, MAPEH at Math, ang sakin"

But Font suddenly blurted in my mind, simula nang ma transfer kami, he is kinda doing his own thing. Finally, happy na din naman ako that he has been outgoing.

Di niya naman kami nakakalimutan, but he is starting to hang out with the boys na. I don't know, but maybe it is just me who kinda misses him so much?

Siguro natural lang yun for an Aquarius like me? nabasa ko kasi sa diyaryo, na madalas maging protective ang Aquarius sa mga friends sa mga friends nila...

I sighed, siguro ganun nga.

Hapon na at patapos na ang klase. Nasa room parin kami at nag didiscuss ng lesson ang teacher namin na nagsasalita sa gitna ng room and roaming around while talking.

I noticed Font, kaming apat ay magkakatabi, ako, si Avra, Satchy at Celestia. Si Font lang ang nahihiwalay sa amin, siya ay nasa kabilang dako naman ng mga silya.

our seats are in a U-shaped arrangement, I looked at the wall clock above the Teachers table. It says 4:20pm 10 minutes bago mag uwian.

Napatingin ako kaagad kay Font nung bumaba ang tingin ko galing sa orasan.

"Ijiel...bat ang tahimik mo?" Satchy ask me out of the blue.

Sinilip ko lang si Satchy, tas balik ang tingin kay Font na Nakikipagtawan sa katabing si Hanz at di nakikinig sa teacher na nagsasalita.
