Ryan had woke up before the blonde resident had woken up, his eyes looking around the blonde's face and how comfortable she looked in his bed but Ryan knew that he needed to let down his hard interior, but that all went away when he saw Izzie starting to wake up, "So are we screwing other people or not?"
"What?"
The blonde questioned looking at the Manwhore of a intern, "I just want to know if you're gonna go screw O'Malley or some other loser, cause then I don't have to cancel my plans with the chick from Peds." He admitted getting up from his bed and being at the end of his bed looking at the blonde.
Izzie chuckled before she rolled her eyes taking Ryan's blanket covers off of her body, "You're an ass." She said picking up her clothes from his bedroom, where Ryan's eyes went to Izzie's behind, "And you have a nice ass." He said with Izzie now looking at him with a hard glare.
"What? It's true," He said as Izzie hit his arm before walking out of Ryan's apartment, "See you at work!" He shouted after her where Izzie had shut his apartment door behind her.

"What's wrong with you?" Ryan questioned as it was him and Izzie in the lounge, "What's wrong with me? We've been sleeping together for a week and already you're bored." She said as Ryan put his pager on his scrub pants, "I'm hot and great in bed, so what's wrong with you?"
Ryan looked at the resident, "I care about you. I do but it's just more of a friend way that I care about you," He admitted to the blonde resident, "I don't do relationships. I'm not good at them, never have been." He said as Izzie stood up looking at Ryan, "You're a barbarian." She said before walking out of the residents and intern lounge.

"Dr Yang, what exactly happens in a skills lab?" A new intern, Ryan Spalding questioned his resident as Ryan furrowed his eyebrows, "Who are you?" The resident questioned, "I'm your new intern, Ryan Spalding."
"I already have a Ryan—" Cristina then looked around looking at where Alex was, "Karev, 2.2 is your new intern," She said moving the new intern to where the Karev male stood.
Ryan tied the back of his sister's yellow trauma gown when Cristina came towards them, "three and four," She hid behind the two of them, "Is everything okay?"
Lexie questioned looking to Ryan who shrugged his shoulders, "Shut up. Don't move." Their resident said as Ryan smiled down at his resident, "You remembered my name." He said as Cristina rolled her eyes, "Shut it, four."
"And we're back to the number."
Owen Hunt came into the room, "I'm Dr Hunt, over the next few months I'll be teaching you how to work quickly and effectively to keep someone alive in the circumstances where the safe bet is they're dead by the end of the hour." Ryan furrowed his eyebrows at that.
