"I wasn't being touchy, I missed you and I have my rights on you" he said smiling at her while the frown on her face increased.

"Your rights?" She said

"Are you kidding me" she said again as he just stared at her

"You lost your rights on me the moments you kissed Alayna" she said as the expression on his face changed, trying his best not to get dishearted by her words.

'she's just upset, but deep down she loves you', the word he kept telling himself over and over

"My princess, today is a special day everyone got to meet our babies, I haven't touched you in a while didn't you miss me" he said coming closer to her while she stood firm in her spot refusing to move back

"Stop right there" she said as she noticed the man had other intentions

"Princess, I just want a hug, just one hug and if you don't like it then I'll stop" he said as he arrived 2 fts close to her

"I'm not interested in whatever nonsense you're planning on..." She said as she was cut of by his giant hands placed behind her waist pulling her into his arms with her crashing onto his chest.

"Aliyu stop this nonsense" she said trying to push him off but with no success as he wrapped his hands around her

"Maryam calm down" he sat patting her back as she just kept struggling to get off

"Maryam you've just given birth to 4 babies you're hurting yourself Maryam please be calm" he said as the woman ignored still trying to push him off

"Shhhh" he whispered in her ears that made her stiffen as he smiled at her reaction making him bury his face on her neck as he caressed her back

"That's it princess, be calm" he said as he hugged her tighter

"Did you miss me?" He said as she ignored him

"Do you still love me?" He said again

"I never loved you" she responded as he broke the hug to look at her still holding her in the same position so she couldn't leave

"If you don't love me then why did you let me consumate our marriage back then" he said as she looked away from him unable to speak up

"That's because you loved me, you let me into you cause you loved me, you're angry at me now and I can understand why but Maryam no one will ever be able to replace you in my life, I genuinely love you and I can't live without you, I don't know how long it'll take for you to forgive me but I'm willing to work my way there" he said as she stared at him

"I thought you were dieing" she said

"I was, till I heard you were pregnant, I wanted to meet my babies" he said with a smile making her glare at him

"Well I really wished you died" she said as he frowned

"You're just the same person you were back then, persistent and annoying, don't you know how to let people go when they don't want you" she said as he blinked a few times trying his best not to feel bad about her words even though they were breaking him
