Next day,
It was evening RC's ladies was in jewellery shop buying selecting jwellery with sristi and kritika when anirudh entered there and greeted all. He took a seat beside bondita.
“ maa aapne jitna kuchh mangawya tha sab le aaya main. Or kuchh chahiye toh batayiyega or ye batayiye ki kitna der lgega kyuki mujhe case ke silsile me bahar jaana hai 2hr baad. ”said he.
“ bas ho gya. Thodi der. ” replied shubhra.
“ suhbra ji agar anirudh beta ji ko late ho rha hai toh jaane dijiye. Deep aa hi rha hai wo hik sb ko chodd dega. ” said sristi making anirudh's smile go.
“ arey nhi nhi aunty main rukta hu na. Aaplog araam se apni shopping kijiye. ” said he and murmured in mind-“ ye deep yaha aaya toh pta nhi kya hi krega bondita ke saath. Isse achha hai main thoda late jau court. ”
They were doing shopping when deep entered the hall looking for them that is when he noticed his sister showing her jewellery to her fiance jumping like a monkey. He went there only to be greeted with happy faces but one angry face i.e.of anirudh.
Deep passed a small smile to him with a smirk and went to his family.
“hassh yaha nhi aaya. ” murmured anirudh but to his bad luck, deep after few min. arrived there greeting bondita by touching her shoulder.
“ deep yaar tum ne itni deri kyu kr di? Bhai ho still behen ki kharidari me madat nhi kr rhe ho. Aisa lg rha hai dulhan se jyada nakhra toh tumhare hai. ” taunted she to him while he laughed.
“ chlo atleast mere nakhre hi jyada hai toh chlega wrna iss bandariya(kritika) ke nakhre jyada ho na th toh hum tbha hi jye. ” replied deep teasing kritika who frowned.
“ achha achha ab select krne me madat kr de. Tumhari choice bhut achhi hai shopping sab me. ” said she.
“ hain? Aisa kya? ” asked deep indirectly looking at anirudh who is listening bondita.
“ or nhi toh kya. School or college ke time pr saare ladko ko gifts ka idea tum hi dete the apni gf's ke liye. Or ek se ek idea mtlb him girls na de paye. But you. Uff.” said bondita slowly so that his mother don't listen this.
“ haan or fir unn saari ladkiyo ko pta bhi yahi leta hoga. Bechare bf's. ” murmured anirudh looking at deep.
“ mujhe toh kbhi kabar lagta hai tumhe ladki hona chahiye tha galti se ladke ban gye.”
“ hn ek dam sahi kaha ladki hi hona chahiye tha atleast meri waali se toh dur rehta ye chipku bandar. ” murmured anirudh.
“ kyuki harkate toh tumhari ladki waali hai. Meri deepudi.” teased she while others too laughed making deep frown.
“ na na na bondita tum bhut bholi ho iski harkate choro wali hai choro wali. ” again he murmured to himself.
“hn hn bas ab bta kya select kiya ab tk aap sab deviyo ne. ” asked deep sitting beside kritika.
Anirudh was looking at deep as if he is an alian while deep and bondita along with others is selecting things.
After what felt like ages, their sellection comes to end.
“ bondita, vani tumne toh kuchh liya hi nhi. Kuchh toh lelo. ” said sristi while both declined.
“ nhi nhi aisa nhi chlega. Bhabhi, didi. Meri shaadi hai or aaplog na lo? Not possible.” pleaded kritika.
“ hn toh vani bhabhi ke liye le lete hai, main kisi or din le lungi. ”sais bondita while vani is going to deny but sristi ordered her to which she said ok.
Sristi asked bondita too to which she said she will but not today.
Vani selected a bangle and then all went to do payment.
Here anirudh too was going when he heard deep saying-“ ye bondita ko bhut achhi lgegi. ”
Anirudh widen his eyes and looked from behind only to see him selecting a pendent for his bondita.
“ and why you feel that she will like this.” asked anirudh making him shock but he smirk.
“kyuki main jaanta hu apni dost ko.” replied deep selecting pendent.
“ or tumhe kya lagta hai ki main tumhe ye dene dunga use?”
“achha. Toh main bhi dekhta hu kaise rokoge mujhe. Main toh de ke rahunga.”
“ han han do kyu nhi lekin yaad rkhna ye ghatiya pendent use pasand nhi aane wala. Fek degi ise wo. ” replied anirudh with a smirk.
“ khud ki choice achhi nhi hai toh meri good choice ko kharab keh rhe ho? Interesting. ” said deep with attitude making him angry.
“ohh Mr. Agar aapko pata na ho toh bata du aapse toh lakh guna achhi hi hai meri choice. ”
“ really?”
“ yes. ”
“ in ur dream. Huu. ”
“ I can prove it.” said anirudh in a flow but stops realising it while deep saw this and smirks.
“ ohh prove? Then prove it. ”said deep.
“ huu?? ”
“prove it. Ek pendent tum or ek main bondita ke liye select krunga or uske cupboard me rkh dete hai uske baad dekhte hai kiska pendent wo select krti hai. Manjur? ” asked deep challenging him.
“ manjur. ” replied anirudh after thinking for some time.
Anirudh begin to select pendent for her. It's first time he is selectinf something for bondita. He don't know much about what she likes Nd dislikes but he wants to buy best for her. His eyes moved towards deep who selected in once only without any confusion as if he knows everything of her and its his daily work.
After what felt like ages, finally he selected one and moved towards the counter where all ladies were standing for their turn of payment. He said them to wait outside he will come after paying. All went outside while deep paid for everything. Anirudh paid for his pendent and both went outsids glaring at each other.
Night time,
At home,
Bondita opened her drawer only to see two box. She gets confused and opens both only to see pendent in both. Both were beautiful.
“ ye kisne rakha hoga? Anirudh ne? ” asked she to herself and blushed at the thought of him giving her gift.
“ ye anirudh bhi na. 2 pendent kyu laaya. Paise barbaad krne bolo iss maharaj ko toh krte firenge.” said she and tries both pendent and gets happy.
In hall,
All were present. Deep too is present there only for bondita.
Both the challengers were tensed and fidgeting his fingers.
Bondita comes there with a smile. Anirudh went to her and asked - dekha tumne? Pasand aaya?”
“ arey kya pasand aane tha? Hume bhi batao koi? ”asked somnath and dada ji.
“ wo dada ji, anirudh ne mere liye kuchh kharida hai. Toh usi ke baare me pcuhh rha hai. ” said she and that is when she noticed deep also and asked-“ deep tum? Yaha? ”
“ hn wo. Kuchh kaam rha but pehle tum ye toh dikhao kya pasand aaya tumhe anirudh ka? ” said deep looking at anirudh indirectly.
“ wo ye. ” said she showing the pendent to all making others happy but anirudh shocked as it's deep's pendent not his.
He looked at her with tearful eyes while deep smirked in happiness winning the challenge and said to him- “ kaha tha na ki meri choice achhi hoti hai. Main apni dost ko achhe se janta hu kya pasand hai use Or kya nhi. ”
Anirudh downed his face feeling like a loser and moves to his room.
