With Ua in desperate need of help of the military that was sent by the government but soon betrayed the leader of an elite army/militia now Ua is on shit creed after everything happened Ua is back to where they are at
This group started when they are at the age of 17. No one wanted these 4 in different divisions until this one person has decided to make an elite/militia group of 4 or more. His father who runs a village which is considered a large part in America that only everyone in the country of America knows about which hey rely on the most even though they got their own ways of providing but most of the things they get like goods and stuff comes from them.
All of the states respect the village but it's not just any village it's the Midoriya village and all of the states see Hisashi Midoriya as the leader of both the village and Co-President of the United States. The President that runs the whole country all together with the village included knows about this elite/militia group as the President believes that they can get it done.
This military group consists of 4 or more members and when it started they named it "The Quad". Reason as to why they called it that was because all 4 was the first to form together as one which Hisashi has approved greatly along with Inko who is Lady Midoriya the women who created the Commander of this newly found division group.
