Y/n's POV (the bunker)

As I was making breakfast, Sam took the liberty of looking for another case. I had decided to make waffles, bacon, and eggs.

As I flipped the bacon in the pan I heard someone walk into the room. I looked up to see Dean walk, more like shuffle, into the room.

"Morning." I said with a soft smile as I took in his appearance. He was wearing a black tee and a pair of grey sweatpants, his bed head was so crazy I had to bite my lip to keep myself from laughing.

"Hmm." was all dean said as he sat down. I let out a small chuckle and shook my head. I moved to the coffee pot to make him a cup to help wake him up a bit more.

I heard Sam chuckle behind me. I turned to give Dean his coffee to see he was standing right behind me. I gasped as I almost dropped the cup.

"Jesus, Dean." I said before I looked up at him to see him already looking down at me, since he toward over me.

My heart started beating so hard I could have sworn he heard it. Heat rushed to my cheeks as I could feel the heat radiating off his body.

"Here." I squeaked out as I handed him his coffee.

He smiled down at me and said, "Thanks sweetheart." He took the cup before he leaned down and placed a kiss on my cheek.

My eyes widened as the blush on my cheeks deepened. I was sure I looked like a cherry at this point.

I blinked a few times before I finally snapped out of it, my eyes drifted over to Sam to see a cheeky grin on his face as he wiggles his eyebrows up and down.

I turned back to the stove to continue making breakfast the blush still evident on my face.

Soon Jack came into the kitchen with a smile on his face, he said good morning to everyone before taking his seat at the table. Luckily the blush on my face dimed a little bit so he didn't ask any questions.

I set the plates of food down in front of everyone who was at the table.

"Dig in." I said to the three boys before sitting down to eat my food. I looked around to see we were missing someone. "Hey, where's Cas?" I asked.

Dean looked up at me, from his place in front of me, with a small piece of bacon hanging from his lips. I smiled at the man child that sat in front of me.

"He said he was going out for a supply run about an hour ago." Sam answered my question.

"Oh, ok." I said, I then went back to my breakfast.

3rd person POV

Y/n sat in the library reading through some of the lore books since she didn't really have anything else to do. There was a lot to say the least.

As she sat there her Y/h/c hair was pulled up and out of her face as she wore her reading glasses.

(A/n: ok so I know that having the reading glasses makes you sound old and not everybody has them, but I do and I thought that would be a nice little thing to add into the story. So plz don't judge 🥺)

Dean walked into the library to see her sitting there reading. 'Wow, she looks so beautiful, so perfect' Dean thought to himself as a lose strand of hair fell in her face, she reached up to push it behind her ear. He looked at her with only adoration in his eyes.

Thoughts like this came to him more often than not, and even more when he was around Y/n, but the more they came the less he tried to stop them. He was falling hard, hard and fast.

"You just gonna stand there staring or what?" Y/n asked without looking up. She could hear his heart beat when he walked in.

"Oh-um sorry." Dean apologized as he walked over to sit at the tables across from her.

She let out a small laugh that sent a kind of warmth through Dean's whole body.

"It's fine, Dean. You don't have to apologize." She said as she looked at him over the rim of her glasses. Dean looked at her and smiled lightly. "What?"

"I like the glasses," he motioned to the glasses that rest on the bridge of her nose, "They suit you." He said with a smile.

A light blush dusted over her cheeks. "Oh uh, thanks." She pulled them off her face. "Most people like to make fun of me when I wear them." She said as she twirled them between he thumb and index fingers.

Dean took them from her as he said, "Well, I think you look beautiful with them." He took the glasses and put them upside down on his face. "How do I look?" He asked with a goofy smile on his face.

She let out a laugh, "You look like a dork." She said with a big smile on her face. She took them from him and set them down on top of the book she was reading.

Dean smiled as he watched her like she was the most beautiful thing in the world, and to him she was.

She looked up at him with a small smile. The two just sat there in silence admiring each other, studying one another's faces.

Sam walked by the library before slowly walking backwards to see Y/n and Dean just looking at each other, nothing else just that.

A big smile made its way to the younger brother's face as he continued walking. He was happy. He knew his brother deserved to be happy, and with Y/n he was. Sam could also tell that Y/n, his best friend, was happy to.

It warmed his heart seeing the two happy together.

He totally shipped it.
