In the upcoming period, it's time to prepare for the final exams. Dai Shiyuan is fully devoted to her studies and exams. She spends every day in the library with Zuo Jia, temporarily forgetting the loneliness of living alone.

As she looked at the time and saw that it was already nine o'clock, Dai Shiyuan rubbed her tired eyes and said to Zuo Jia, "It's getting late. I'll go back first."

"Okay, be careful on the way home," Zuo Jia waved goodbye.

As Dai Shiyuan left the library, a sudden gust of cold wind blew towards her, and she tightened her scarf. Looking at the black sky, she couldn't help feeling a little lonely.

This scarf was a gift from Shan Yaxin, and she had been wearing it all this time. Every time she wore it, she felt warm inside.

Dai Shiyuan touched the hem of the scarf and sighed. She lowered her head and quickly walked back home.

When she got to the door, she prepared to open it, but she couldn't find her keys in her bag or pockets.

Dai Shiyuan was shocked and searched carefully again, but still couldn't find them.

She thought for a moment and called Zuo Jia, calmly asking, "Zuo Jia, have you seen my keys?"

"I'll look for them," Zuo Jia said and looked around her seat. "Shiyuan, I didn't find them. Do you remember where you put them?"

"I usually put them in the inner pocket of my backpack and don't usually take them out," Dai Shiyuan frowned and pondered.

After careful consideration, she realized that she may have forgotten to bring her keys when she left home.

After hanging up the phone with Zuo Jia, Dai Shiyuan hesitated for a moment before calling Shan Yaxin.

As she waited for Shan Yaxin to answer, her heartbeat uncontrollably sped up, and she became nervous.

"Xiaoyuan, is everything okay?" Shan Yaxin's voice was soft and contained a hint of a smile.

Dai Shiyuan relaxed and smiled back, saying in a low voice, "Sister Yaxin, I left my keys at home. Can you come over and help me open the door?"

"Sure," Shan Yaxin replied with a smile, and then looked back at Shan mother who was standing behind her. She paused for a moment before saying, "Xiaoyuan, come over here to get the keys."

"Okay, I'll come over now," Dai Shiyuan said and headed towards the elevator.

Shan Yaxin hung up the phone and went back to her room to get the keys.

Shan's mother followed behind her with an indissoluble sadness in her eyes, and advised her with a heavy heart, "Xiaoxin, since you have moved back, don't disturb Miss Dai's life anymore."

"Mom, I've been doing as you said during this time, and I haven't called her once. Now she forgot her keys, and I also followed your advice not to go over. What do you want me to do?" Shan Yaxin almost questioned, her face filled with suppressed anger.

Shan's mother was surprised, with a look of aggrieved in her eyes. She wiped away her tears and whispered, "Miss Dai is the daughter of the Dai family, not the kind of family we can compare to..."

Before she could finish, Shan Yaxin angrily retorted, "You said the same thing when you advised me to marry into the Dai family. Mom, our family is not as wealthy as the Dai family, but just because we don't have money like them, does it mean you can heartlessly ask me to endure all the grievances alone?"

"I..." Shan's mother was unable to speak under her daughter's questioning and could only repeat dully, "The Dai family is a wealthy family. It's our good fortune that they can look down on our family background. You should be filial to their family when you marry into it. How can you say it's a grievance?"
