"Are you sure you haven't told anyone else? Including my sister-in-law," Dai Shiyuan asked, suspicion in her eyes as she stared at the butler.

"Miss, your sister-in-law doesn't know about this," the butler replied confidently.

She had complete faith in the butler's loyalty to the family. In the original novel, the butler was very loyal to the Dai family, even to the point of being old-fashioned and heartless.
