Kyra's POV
"Cal, where's my phone?" I asked as I walked into Calum's room
"I don't know, we're gonna be late, you can live without your phone for a day." Calum answered
"No, I have a test today." I complained
"Why do you need your phone then?" Calum questioned, I shrugged
"So, I can look up all the answers." Calum rolled his eyes
"That's cheating." Calum stated
"Yeah, no shit. That's the whole point."
"Just look up the answers on the way to school and write them down." Calum suggested
"I can't do that if I don't have my phone." I argued
"Can we just go? Luke's waiting downstairs and Ashton and Michael are waiting in the car probably torturing each other." I rolled my eyes and walked downstairs
"Hey, Luke." I greeted before turning towards my mum "have you seen my phone?"
"I have. It's in the safe." Mum spoke
"I don't know the code to the safe." I said crossing my arms
"Exactly. I know you cheated on your last test so that is where your phone is gonna stay for the next few weeks."
"What if I get badly injured at school and I can't walk and my phone is my only option to call home?" I questioned
"I'll give you your phone back but no laptop." By now I could tell that my mum just wanted to punish me in some way.
"My laptops broken." I smirked
"No TV."
"TV's also broken." I lied "Which was entirely Calum's fault by the way."
"Then, no Luke." My jaw dropped and Luke stepped forward
"What? No Luke?!" Luke questioned in shock
"No Luke!" My mum shouted making Luke back away, there was an awkward silence until Ashton beeped the horn from outside
"We're coming!" Luke called out before grabbing my arm and pulling me out of the house "just forget it."
"Hello, my name is Ashton Irwin. I will be your Uber driver for this evening." Ashton joked in an Irish accent as me, Luke and Cal got in the car, I chuckled
"Well, Ashton. Can you take me to this place called Hell?" I joked
"Of course, Milady." I laughed before turning towards Calum
"Can I borrow your phone for fourth period?" I asked, Calum rolled his eyes and handed over his phone "you're the best!"

I'd like to say that the test went well but I can't, because I honestly don't even know.
But it was finally lunch time and we were sitting at our spot asking random questions when Eliana walked over, much to my disappointment.
"Lukey, my friends all ditched my to watch their boyfriends play basketball." Eliana pouted as she sat on Luke's lap "what are you doing over here?"
"We're just talking." Luke shrugged
"Yeah, Ashton. Remind us what tadpoles are again." I chuckled slightly
"Tadpoles are baby turtles." Ashton answered making the group except for Eliana laugh
"No they're not." Eliana said "you guys are so stupid." I rolled my eyes

The end of the school day finally arrived and Ashton decided to give me a ride as the others caught the bus.
Once we arrived at my house, my mum was standing by the door waiting for me.
"Thanks for the ride, Ash." I smiled as I got out of the car, I looked at Ashton threw the window and he rolled it down so that he could hear me "I had fun today. Thank for letting me borrow you phone after Calum's died." I chuckled before looking over at my mum "I better go, I'll see you tomorrow." Ashton nodded
