Special Chapter 3

3 years later

"DADDYYYYYY!" masaya at magiliw na sinalubong ni Way ang kanyang ama at niyakap ang binti nito.

Champ squats and picks up his child, giving her kisses on each cheeks.

"What are you doing here?" Jeva crossed her arms on her chest, raising her left brow.

"I missed you too, sweetheart." Champ leaned to give her a kiss on her lips, but Jeva moved her face sideways so her husband's lips landed on her cheek.

"Really?" Di makapaniwalang turan ni Champ. "I traveled many hours to come here tapos sa cheeks lang ang kiss ko?" He sulked.

Jeva cleared her throat to keep herself from smiling. "Bakit ka ba kasi nandito? Hindi ba may usapan tayong hindi ka muna pupunta dito?"

"Bakit ba? Eh, sa namiss ko ang mag-ina ko eh." He pouted.

"Whatever!" Jeva rolled her eyes.

"Mom, dad, are you peleando (fighting)?" Nabubulol na tanong ni Way sa magulang.

Jeva tiptoed and cupped her daughter's face, "No, bebe." She glanced at her husband before she whispered on her daughter's ear, "Your papa is just being dramatico." With that, Way giggled while covering her mouth.

"Really?" Napataas ang kilay nila Champ nang mapagtantong pinakaisahan siya ng kanyang mag-ina.

Mas lalong natawa si Way nang tumawa rin ang kanyang ina. Habang si Champ naman ay di mapigilan ang sarili na ngumiti habang nakikitang masaya ang kanyang mag-ina.

He gently puts his daughter down and leans before her. "Go play first. We'll be going to picnic after me and your mother talk."

"Okay!" Way jumps happily then, hops away from them.

As soon as his daughter left, a sly smile appeared on Champ's face before snaking his arms around his wife, giving her a warm and tight hug.

"I missed you so much, sweetheart." He said gently as he plants a kiss on the top of her head.

Niyakap ni Jeva pabalik ang kanyang asawa at dahan-dahang sumilay ang ngiti sa kanyang mga labi. Ngunit, agad din naman niyang tinulak nang may naalala siya.

"W-what?" Nagulat si Champ sa inasta ng kaniyang asawa.

Jeva placed both of her hands on her waist, narrowing her eyes as she looked at him. "What brings you here?"

Champ sighed, "I told you, I missed you."

"You know that we'll be going back to the Philippines next week. Bakit ka pa pumunta dito?" Mataray na tanong niya sa asawa. "May usapan tayong hihintayin mo kami doon, hindi ba?"

"Eh, sa namiss ko kayo ngayon. Edi, nandito ako ngayon." He grinned.

"Wala ka bang trabaho?"

"The company can run with me for 3 days." He said snaking his arms around his wife again.

"What about your acting career? Wala ka bang project?"

Champ looked away. "Wala naman silang magagawa kung wala ako dun, eh. Teka..." He looked intently towards her.  "Are you shooing me? May tinatago ka ba dito? Lalaki? Nasaan?!"

Kaagad namang binatukan ni Jeva ang asawa. "Seriously? Nagkaanak na tayo't lahat, maghahanap pa ba ako ng iba?"

Champ was caught off guard. He can feel his cheeks burning while keeping himself from smiling.

Seeing her husband's silly reaction, Jeva grabbed his nape giving him a kiss — deep and loving.

"I missed you too." Madamdaming bigkas ni Jeva sa asawa.
