-Third Person-

Vien walks along the shore while waiting for the perfect time to enter Alex's suite. She knows that once she perfected that entrance, something fantastic will happen. Only she knows that one ingredient of that chocolate cake is a drug that makes you want to have sex. It makes you feel very hot that even a shower won't be enough. She's so excited on what's about to happen between her and Alex.

But there's a saying that when you get too much excited, it will never happen as if you're jinxing it.

Not that far from where she is currently strolling, she saw Matthew. Her chest pounded so hard because this only means that Lea is already back. Their rooms are also adjacent to each other and what she imagines happening to her could possibly happen to Lea instead.

She run as fast as she could to find the staff she asked a while ago and she successfully found her.

"Did you manage to put the chocolate cake inside the room I told you to put it in?" She confronted her, expecting the answer she wanted to hear.

"Yes po, ma'am pero—"

"Pero ano?!" Her eyebrows are raised, and her eyes are bulging.

"Pero wala na po si sir nung dinala ko yung cake kaya iniwan ko na lang po yung cake sa may table niya. Nung paglabas ko naman po, nakita ko po si sir na nagmamadaling umalis sakay nung kotse po nung boss namin."

"Shit!" She rushed towards Alex's room. Her plan obviously didn't go as expected. While trudging her way, she overheard some executives talking about something. She stopped and eavesdropped because it really caught her attention.

"Really it was that loud?"

"Yes! Our rooms are practically magkatabi so I heard everything when I grabbed my camera. It's normal naman, right?"

One of the senior managers nodded, "Oo naman. We are all adults here. Pero are you sure na si chair yung narinig mo?"

"Not hundred percent sure since I am in between two rooms but the noise was really coming from her suite, I swear!"

"I think not because first, she wouldn't hook up with just anybody else she just met, and second, she's not feeling well, right? She got hit by a ball and that's pretty hard."

"You have a point but in case I was right, I am happy that she gets to experience that. She's young and it's been a year since her husband so..."

"What if?" The other senior manager covered her mouth as if she was really shocked. The other did the same when he got what the other meant.

"Nope!" The man changed his mind in an instant. "They're practically a cat and dog, so I think no."

"There were some changes kaya right after the chair went back. Vice-chair looks at her differently---"

Vien didn't finish the conversation anymore because it is playing with her feelings. One part will get her hopes up then one part will crush her dreams. She can't take it anymore so she left.

Inside Lea's suite...

"Something was wrong with the engine but the pilots only discovered them in the midst of our travel. One of the engines failed and we all know how meticulous they are when they are checking before the trip, right? They assured us that if they knew, they wouldn't use that plane." Nathalie paused for a while to assess the reaction of her sister and when assured that she was fine, she continued.

"I was the first one to jump. I landed sa water so I was really safe. I swam and swam to the nearest shore and this is where it led me. I fell asleep sa buhangin because of too much exhaustion. Thank God because an old couple, Nanay Marie and Tatay Gibo found me and took care of me."
