This oneshot takes place before Wednesday got enrolled into Nevermore. So enjoy :)

Y/n's pov:

"Y/n! Y/n! Guess what?!"

My best friend Enid ran up to me, screaming with excitement.

"Are you okay? What is happening?"

I placed my hands on her shoulders to calm her down.

"Yoko is hosting a party today, and we are invited"

She squeaked.

"Wait, what? But isn't that like, against the rules?"

I asked.

Enid just rolled her eyes.

"Principal won't know, trust me"

"And Xavier's gonna be there~"

She smirked.

I had a crush on him for few months now, Enid always teased me about it. I never actually confessed to him. I was scared of rejection.

"In that case, i'm not going"

I started walking away.

"Y/n, wait"

Enid sighed and ran after me.

"For the past months you couldn't get your eyes off him, and now? You're acting like you hate him!"

"I don't hate him, i'm just trying to get over him"

I explained.

Suddenly, the bell rang.

"We will finish this debate later, see you at lunch!"

Enid ran off to her class.

I sighed and stuffed my bag into my locker, grabbing only my notebook and pencil case.

I quickly checked my phone only to see that i'm late.

"It's been five minutes, already?"

I started running to my class.

I was panting like crazy when I got there.

"I am so sorry, Miss Thornhill.I'm running a bit late"

"You're excused miss. Y/l/n but i hope it won't happend again"

"It sure won't"

I nodded and looked for an empty seat for me to sit at.

"One seat is right next to Mr. Thorpe"

My teacher said, it was like she could read my mind.

I looked back at her and gave her an awkward smile.

"Fuck my life"

I muttered under my breath.

Then i took my seat.

The teacher started talking about some plants,while i was zoned out thinking about random stuff.

After a few minutes i felt a pair of eyes looking at me.

I turned to look at Xavier, just to find out he was the one looking at me.

My palms started to sweat when he spoke to me.

"Hi"

"Hey"

"Wanna see something?"

"Sure"
