Are you a beast untamed or are you just cruel
You spat so much hurtful words and yet act like the victim
Would it have killed you to admit you were wrong?
You insisted I should have noticed the signs you didn't want to be with me
Yet haven't you heared the phrase love is blind
I was too blind to see the signs you constantly threw at me
How can you blame me when your actions hurt my soul
How did your voice not shake when you said those words that cut so deep
At least I can say I was blinded by love
What can you say to defend your actions
You should have just left me alone
So many times you led me to believe you loved me but yet you claim ignorance
Why did you let me know how cruel love can be you cruel beast
