I waited for Naruto to get home, paitently.

I waited and waited, I probably watched like 5 movie before he got home.

Could hear the door open, I immediately stood up and ran to the door.

There he was, Naruto standing there getting his coat off.
He looked tired and troubled.

My eyes immediately saddened.

"Hey babe." He says, he walks over to me opening his arm. I put a kiss on his lips before hugging him tightly.

The blond smelled like cigarette, I knew it damn well this smell.

"You smoked." I murmur in his neck.
He chuckles and nods.

"Yeah, I did. Does the smell bother you? I can go and shower." He says pulling away. He holds my face softly, looking in my eyes.

I shake my head, I didn't mind the smell of it. It just reminded me of how some of my clients smelled.

"Oh- um okay then." He said awkwardly, he walks beside me.

I smile a little following him.

"Are you hungry? Your dad teached me a new recipe." Naruto nodded and smiled at me.

He sits down and I walk to the fridge, there was the food.
I get out a good amount of it, I worked hard to make this! I really hope he will like it.

"So- how was work today?" I ask putting the plate inside the microwave.

Naruto just sighs putting his face in his hands.

"I have so many work, I just left early beacuse I promised you that we will check out the house." He said softly, I smile at his words.

"How about that- you don't work today. You just relax, we can check the house in the weekend?" I suggest him.
It was Tuesday, he will have plenty other days where he can work.

But he seriously looks overwhelmed and tired, it almost worried me. He had been working so hard but now he seems to be pushing over his limits.

The food was warm now, I get it out and grimace at the hot plate.

I put it in front of Naruto, and get him fork and a knife.

He accepted it with a big tired smile, I still appreciated it though!

"And enough of me, how was your day?" He cuts in the meat, I just looked at my hands.

"It was boring, I mostly just watched some movies." I just shrugged.

"Well, that's good too- you know I was wondering. Don't you wanna get a job?" He asks, my eyes widen at his words.

"A job?" I ask, I don't think anyone would hire me. I have very basic acknowledge, I have never been to school.

"Oh uh, I didn't mean it like I want you to work. I was just wondering, since you always say you were bored." He explained, oh. I mean yeah sure I was bored.

But I was scared that I could never have a job?

"Naruto I never got any education, I was able to seduce some of my clients to bring me books but-" My voice quiets down.

Don't know why, but I was still ashamed of my past most of the times. Always scared that what people think of me.

Mostly Naruto.

His opinion was the one that really mattered.

"Hmm, as I was saying you don't need to get a job. I can easily manage for both of us. If you ever change your mind let me know babe." He stood up from the chair and kissed the top of my head while putting the plate in the dishwasher.
