Chapter 26: Death of Superman

Superman and Doomsday charge at each other and catch each others punches, only for Doomsday to use his own Heat Vision to blast Superman into a building. Doomsday roars at Superman and was prepared to charge at him, only for Black Knight to jump on Doomsday and tries to use his Sword to pierce Doomsday but fails and Doomsday throws Black Knight into a bus.

Before Doomsday could attack Superman or Black Knight again, the Eternal known as Don lee attempts to use his punch against Doomsday, but Doomsday doesn't budge, and punches Don lee next to the unconscious Avengers.

Superman then tackles Doomsday and they find themselves at the Fourth Crossing bridge where the two continued their brawl there, while Superman is also saving civilians from the destruction. Doomsday grabs Superman by the neck and begins to slam him against the road while also punching him over and over again until Superman tackles Doomsday down and unleashes his full strength on the beast until Doomsday throws Superman into a truck trailer. Doomsday was about to attack Superman again, until the Guardian's of the Galaxy arrive and begin to rain hell on Doomsday.

Thragg charges at Doomsday only for Doomsday to punch Thragg off the bridge and into the water, Cyborg uses all his weaponry against Doomsday but it only makes Doomsday more angry and tosses a car at Cyborg knocking him out. Drax and Gamora charge at Doomsday, only to be knocked out immediately by Doomsday kicking the two into cars. Star-Lord uses his guns to shoot at Doomsday, only to fail, but before Doomsday could harm Star-lord, Superman picks Doomsday up and flies him to orbit. After only 10 seconds in orbit, Doomsday punches Superman back down to the surface and lands in the city of Glasgow. Doomsday lands infront of the wounded Superman and begins to use Superman's own Cape to strangle him until Doomsday rips it off and begins to walk off to cause more chaos until Superman gets up and flies straight to Doomsday at full speed, making Doomsday turn around and stab Superman with his claws as Superman had punched Doomsday with all his strength, snapping his neck. The heroes that had also fought Doomsday arrived and saw Superman dead along with the dead body of Doomsday. Scarlet Witch runs down to Superman's body and begins to cry while holding his body as all the other heroes take a knee to honour Superman's sacrifice.
