Chapter 30: Watching Her

Days turned into weeks, weeks turned into a month now. Still Arjun didn't bother to call me once. Just by thinking that my eyes started its water works.

All I wanted is to hear is his voice.. How is he now, is he alright, is he having food on time... That's all I wanted to ask him.

I miss him. I miss my Arjun..... My life is confined to this house now.

In a day... All I do is wake up, prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner and have it on time. Sometimes I water the plants, talk to manikandan uncle.... The only relief I have now is Vikram...

Whenever vikram visits me.. I feel happy. For that time being I forget all my worries and play with him wholeheartedly.

Sometimes I go to the market to purchase vegetable but only with someone like driver Anna or manikandanu uncle.

One day I told them that I'll go alone that's when they said.... Arjun told them not to let me go anywhere alone. I laughed at my image with Arjun. Did he think that I will run away or something..

One day when I went to shop vegetables with manikandan uncle... I met sid anna and shruthi. I really have to day they are such a cute pair.

Manikandan uncle and I went to the natural farm to buy fresh organic vegetables... That's when I saw shruthi and sid anna there.

With a smile on my face. I approached them

Sid anna..... I called him.

I laughed at them.

Mmm.. I replied.

I went to my room and took my diary and started writing my heart out.

I went to Arjun's room and caressed the huge picture frame hanging on the wall..

My heart felt heavy.... I miss his presence... Even though he hurt me a lot but I couldn't hate him.

I couldn't understand myself.... The bruises, everything fade way from my body... My body is healed but my heart it longed for him...

My days passed just like that.
