The Parliament was full of people whose voices blended into a cacophony of sounds that filled the entire building and could be heard even on the street.

Morrigan shrugged and shivered as a cool breeze ruffled her hair slightly. She buttoned up her black jean jacket and shoved her hands in her pockets. The day was cold and overcast. Clouds in the sky foreshadowed rain, which could start at any second. Even the weather seemed to feel the oppressive atmosphere engulfing the city and, in particular, the Parliament building.

Jupiter gently put his hands on Morrigan's shoulders and squeezed them slightly, mentally supporting her. The presence of Jupiter gave Morrigan more confidence and helped to calm down a little, although the tension could not completely leave the girl.

Morrigan looked at Squall, who was staring at the building in front of them, as if wanting to burn it to the ground. Morrigan wouldn't be surprised if he did.

"I guess there's no point in standing outside. The sooner we start, the sooner we'll get it over with" - Squall walked confidently to the entrance.

"How does he manage to maintain his composure so skillfully?" - Morrigan said aloud.

"You know, during the time that I have known him personally, I realized that Squall is a strong person, despite all the nuances. The conditions in which he had been living in the Republic for a hundred years can harden anyone. He masterfully learned to hide his emotions and feelings. Even for me, as a Witness, it is extremely difficult to read him" - Jupiter shook his head. - "But even Squall sometimes has glimpses of his true feelings, I see it much more clearly than others. But then it disappears as quickly as it appeared. He hides them again behind a mask of indifference or calmness. It is a really valuable skill to hide your emotions from other people so that they cannot understand a person and cause them pain, harm. But it's useful only when you don't abuse it. The more often you hide, the more familiar it becomes for you, and one day you don't realize that it has become your usual state. And you begin to hide your feelings from all people, even from your loved ones. You start to seem indifferent to everything. So, believe me, sometimes it's worth losing your temper. After all, these are your feelings, and sometimes they need to be given free rein so that you feel better and don't break down. After all, we're all just people, Mog" - Jupiter smiled sadly at her.

Morrigan thought about it, fixing her gaze on Squall, who was looking expectantly in their direction.

"It's impossible to live like this" - Morrigan whispered.

"So, in fact, he does not live" - Jupiter sighed. - "He just exists".

Morrigan said nothing, lost in her own thoughts. After a few seconds, they walked towards Squall. They had a long day ahead.

When they entered the Parliament building, the noise hit their ears sharply. Morrigan fought the urge to cover her ears with her hands.

"Why are there so many people here?" - Morrigan looked around the room with wide-open eyes.

"Does that surprise you, Miss Crow? Didn't you encounter so many people during your father's official meetings? Even if it was a rare case" - Squall said without even looking at the girl.
