Seeing him around scool made me always so nervous. He was handsome and on the volleyball team. Kind as well and always had a small smile on his face. I talked to him a few times but we hadn't ever said much since we didn't have alot in common. He would always look at me though in class and i'd see it out the corner of my eye. It always made me smile knowing that someone like him noticed me at all. I got up and walked out of the class as the teacher dismissed us for the day. "Hey (y/n), do you have a minute?" I heard his voice and turned around to be met with his eyes. I nodded my head and he walked towards the front of the school. "I was just wondering if you wanted to come to the match later and waatch us play?" He slipped a ticket out of his pocket and held it out to me. I looked at it and looked back into his eyes, slowly taking it from his hand. "Uh yeah i will go..but i don't know anyone there." He smirked and put his hands back into his pockets, leaning up against the wall behind him. "You know me, and the other team members. The girls team will be there also watching and some others." I played with the ticket between my hands and looked down towards the floor. A slighty blush had crept onto my face after i realized he wanted to me to go and watch him. "Uh well..i don;t really talk to many people but i'll still go." He smiled and stood back up. "Great! i'll see you there." He grabbed my hand and kissed my knuckles lightly. I looked up and blushed more and he walked away smiling. I stood there for a second and looked at the ticket again. I walked home and relaxed for a bit before heading back to the school. I had a pair of leggings on and a crop top just so i was comfy while i watched the game. I walked in. through the doors and looked at how big the building was. I gave the lady my ticket and she took it. I walked up the stairs and picked a seat where i could see everything. I sat there and looked around as i waited for the seats to fill up and the game start. I looked down at my phone and saw that i had a text. "Hey, i saw you come in. Enjoy the game. Wanna meet up after the game?" I answered him back slowly saying " Yeah, id love to meet up after." I sent it with a smiley face and he sent one back that has blushing cheeks. I smiled and slipped my phone under my thigh so i could focus on the game. It was a big intro for the teams and warmed up. He waved at me and i waved back. They were called to the net to greet the other team and start. Everyone was cheering so loudly, i tried to join in but it was so loud and i couldn't stand up much. The game was 3 matches as always and it was long. By the time they all ended, and won 2 of them, it was dark outside and i still had to walk hom eeventually. I walked down the stairs after most of the people left and walked across the court to say hi as he was taking a drink. "Hey, did you enjoy the game?" He asked as he gave me a side hug. I blushed slightly and hugged him lightly back. "Yeah i did. You all are amazing and i think you guys are really good at defending and.." I went on too much and ended stopping mid sentence as he was smiling at me, in a loving way. I looked down again and said sorry for rambling. He said it was ok and said he was going to change, that he'd be right out. I waited by the door and scrolled through instagram and then switched to tik tok (how i am honestly irl lol) I felt someone come up to the side of me but didn't know who it was. I looked up and saw it was him, he was wearing his uniform still but his jacket was open a bit. i just stared at him as he walked even closer to me. He was smiling and i was smiling right back at him. "Hey..Let me walk you home, it's not safe for a woman like you." I nodded my head and slipped my phone into the side pocket of my leggings. He was walking close to me and i could feel his arm brushing up against me. "Hey.. um i know it's late but did you want to have a glass of water or something at my apartment?" He looked over at me. "You have your own apartment?" i nodded my head "Yeah um, i had to after my parents made me get a job at 16 and then also got enough money to get my own place. They didn't treat me nicely so i needed to get away." I stopped at my doorstep and grabbed my keys. He stopped behind me and i could feel his precense behind me. I pushed the door open and he closed it after we got in. He placed his bag down and slipped his shoes off as i slipped off mine and walked to the kitchen. I got him a glass of water and he sat himself down on the couch. "It's a nice little place for one person." I said thanks and handed him the water. I sat down close to him and leaned back, sighing. He looked at me and i turned my head towards him. "What?" i asked. He shook his head and set the water down on the table infront of us. He leaned back and also scooched closer to me. My heart beat picked up and he slowly leaned in closer to my face. He grabbed the side of my face and slowly turned it towards him. He gently pulled me closer to his face and kissed my lips softly.
