The Kingdom's Problem Part 1: Kidnapped

It's been a week since Conan's hit-and-run incident. He has fully recovered from his head wound but Ran still insists that both brothers eat dinner with them and they are now in the agency watching TV together

"Ehh so Lupin III mention Conan-kun?" asked Ran surprised
"More like he just mention Kid Killer. Since the officer who is task to captured Lupin III said that in one heist, Lupin mention Kaito Kid and Kid Killer too. The officer then contact Nakamori-keibu and he called Conan as well" said Shinichi
"Well I only meet the officer through video call and it seems he wanted to recruit me to be Lupin III capture team if he's going to Japan" said Conan as he drinks the hot chocolate
"I see... You sure are famous, Conan-kun" said Ran smiling

Suddenly Kogoro stand up happily as he walked away from them

"I'm getting another beer!" shout Kogoro happily
"Dad! Stop it, you already have enough. Shinichi, help me stop my dad!' said Ran unhappy
"I can't help with that..." said Shinichi look away
"Ahaha..." laugh Conan

Suddenly, the show that they were watching was interrupted by breaking news. The news shows that The Queen and Prince of the Kingdom of Vespania were killed on a hunting accident

"Hunting accident..." thought both Shinichi and Conan together as they watch
"I feel bad for the country to lose their queen" said Ran sadly
"Not to mention, Both queen and prince... Which means, the country doesn't have a successor" said Shinichi
"No... I just look into it, and it turns out the queen have both prince and princess. So it should be the princess who will succeed the queen" said Conan as he looked into the internet
"I see... Wait a minute, I just remembered. How about the new hotel opening party that Sonoko invited us? The owner was the queen of Vespania right?" asked Ran
"If I remember correctly, it should be"

Time Skip~

Conan already in front of the agency to go to the opening party until suddenly he got called by Shinichi

"Hello?" asked Conan
"Sorry Conan, can you go on first with Occhan... I think both Ran and I will be late" said Shinichi
"What? Why suddenly?"
"Ran got Karate lessons and my soccer team have some emergency meeting"
"Oi oi..."
"Sorry... Be careful, okay"
"Alright"

The boy quickly told Kogoro about the call which it seems Ran also called Kogoro about the situation, so they have no choice to go together by taxi. Kogoro notice that Conan brings his skateboard

"Oi, why are you bringing that?" asked Kogoro
"Just in case if I have to leave early. I don't want to take care Occhan who might be drunk" said Conan giggle
"Cih... Do as you please"

Few moments later

Both Conan and Kogoro already arrive to the party which greeted by Sonoko. Sonoko seems unhappy since Ran already message her that she will be late for the party along with Shinichi. Kogoro told her that they will come later, and so he left them

"Where is he going?" asked Sonoko
"Looking for Okino Yoko-san" said Conan with bored look
"As always that Occhan... By the way, I'm surprised you didn't bring your friends"
"Haibara and Professor Agasa have science convention in Nagano... Occhan don't want to look after them"
"I see, then should we grab some food"
"Sure"

Both Conan and Sonoko are eating some food while waiting for the party to start. Kogoro comes back to them, which means that Yoko is not attending the party.

Suddenly the lights turn off, and the MC start the party with welcoming their guest, the Princess of Vespania, Princess Mira. She quietly bow as she sits on the table by the stage. Both Sonoko and Conan can't help to get awe by the princess, she looked just like Ran
