Unexpected Karuizawa Villa Case!

Conan meet Ran when he was buying some groceries at the market and then Ran ask him if he and Shinichi want to eat dinner together in her house so he didn't mind and quickly tell his big brother to come to the detective agency after soccer practice. Now both Shinichi and Kogoro are in the detective agency watching the news while Ran and Conan are preparing dinner.

"Oi brat, how many cases did you get this week?" asked Kogoro
"Hmmm around three I think" said Shinichi as he's trying to remember
"Hm! They always pick you"
"That's why try to learn to be a better detective, Occhan" said someone by the door

Both of them look which to be the Kansai detective and his childhood friend

"Hattori?! Kazuha-chan too? Why are you two here?" asked Shinichi surprised
"Tomorrow is a long weekend after all so might as well visiting Tokyo for once" said Heiji smirking
"Seriously, coming without telling is also wrong" said Kogoro unhappy
"Sorry Occhan, it was also unplanned visit. Where's Ran-chan and Conan-kun?" asked Kazuha while looking around
"Ah those two are upstairs making dinner. Maybe you should tell them that all of you are here" said Shinichi
"Alright"

Kazuha then goes upstairs to visit Ran and Conan while Heiji quickly sit on Shinichi's side since they are watching TV.

"So what is the real motive?" asked Shinichi serious
"Ahahaha got find out, I want to hear more about that white room incident" said Heiji
"How did you know?!"
"My dad told me, the case was popular among the police officers after all. He even told me to be careful of solving cases from now on"
"Well..."

Shinichi then tell him everything about how did they get into the white room in the first place, how the culprit manipulate Ran and Conan to do those things and also the flash-freeze one. Heiji was stunned after hearing the details

"That's all you need to know... Thanks to that incident, I almost lost Conan and I will not let that happen again..." said Shinichi serious while looking at the TV
"Kudou..." said Heiji surprised

Suddenly someone knocks on the door which Kogoro quickly replied for them to enter. Surprisingly, the one who comes in is Inspector Shiratori

"Good evening, Mouri-san. Oh, I see Kudou-kun and Hattori-kun is here as well" said Inspector Shiratori bowing to them
"Shiratori! What is going on?" asked Kogoro surprised
"Is there a case?" asked Shinichi
"Ah no no, actually I want to ask that if you are all free for the long weekend?" asked Inspector Shiratori
"We should be, why?"
"Well-"

Suddenly Ran comes in to call them for dinner and surprise to see Inspector Shiratori was there

"Ah Shiratori-keibu! Good evening, is there an important talk to do?" asked Ran
"Well not really important, I already got out from shift for today so I'm in no rush" said Inspector Shiratori
"Then do you want to have dinner with us? Conan-kun make a lot today"
"Conan-kun?"

Inspector Shiratori then accept the offer and he sits down on the table waiting. He looks at the kitchen and surprised to see Conan is cooking diligently

"I'm surprised that Conan-kun can cook" said Inspector Shiratori
"Ah my mom teach us how to cook when she came over to visit and Conan is the one who learn diligently" said Shinichi as he put some plates on the table
"No... Niichan is just too lazy to learn so I have no choice to learn" said Conan as he arrived
"Oi! I can cook! Can you just drop that!"

Conan smirk as he put what he bring to the table which to be roast beef. The boys except Conan shout happily seeing the big beef was putted on the table. Conan sit down right between Inspector Shiratori and Shinichi. Ran quickly distributed the portions and they eat together
