Thin line between dying in a flower bed or flourishing -
but beyond insecurity, you haven't let yourself take root
Still, you stand, through the waged wars and scorched earth
- and tell yourself courage and strength have abandoned you
As if, you have not kept the breath in your chest -
and are unaware of your worth and what exactly your best is
