Xiao flicked his lover on the forehead as he stuck out his tongue. His lover replied with a boop on the nose, which got the little baby on his chest giggling. She wanted her to hold her mother's finger ( or father. Again, who the hell knows?). Aether booped his daughter's little nose as she giggled in delight. Her parents smiled at the little reaction she gave. The little baby sneezed after all of the food she was given, and got a pat on the back for it.

"Okay, now can I hold her? May I admit that you look so hot without your shirt on"-X

"Your such a meanie. Sure, I have to work anyways."-A

"If you overwork yourself again, then no hugs for a day!"-X

"MEANIE!"-A

Aether closed the door to their room, the baby missing her favorite parent already. She started to cry but then found her father's finger and calmed down. Her little hand patted Xiao's head as she giggled again. This child is very awake for it being afternoon. Probably cause she had a nap already today.

"Stop coughing Aether, you'll show weakness." Aether told himself

"You being sick does not show weakness."-L

Lumine stood there at the door, waiting for her brother's permission to come inside the room. He nodded his head yes as he laid his head down in shame.

"No need to be ashamed little brother, you need rest. You still believe Father is here to beat you when you didn't finish your studies?"-L

"He is! I still need to finish the letters for the archons and translate it into their native languages!"-A

"Father isn't here. You can rest now. Go to freaking bed."-L

"Fineee Lumine. Only cause I want cuddles from Xiao."-A

"Of course you do."-L

Lumine waved goodnight to her brother as he sneezed all the way to his room upstairs. It echoed for all people to hear, and no one paid any mind to it.

"There you are! I have been waiting for you for a while now. Don't worry, Aria is asleep. You don't have to worry."-X

"Love, can we talk outside in the garden? Please?"-A

It was rather strange for Aether to ask this late at night. But it was alone time for only them, so he agreed. They quietly walked downstairs and went into the flower garden. It was Aether's favorite one. Over in this garden grew Glaze Lilies in the pond, some beautiful Cecilias growing near the bushes, and Dendrobium near the dull colored benches.

"Alatus. I need a break."-A

"Then stay with me all day for the rest of the week. Don't think I didn't hear you coughing and didn't see those red cheeks."-X

"Ah-Mmm."-A

"You know I'm right. Rest for a bit Aether. Please."-X

"I would love to, but work. I have to work a lot."-A

Aether fell into his lover's lap and they stayed in silence. The blond was soon snoring in the raven's lap. It was time to go back. Xiao picked up Aether and teleported to the room. He laid Aether on their bed and kissed him goodnight. He did the same to Aria, and slept.
