I cry holding his singed clothing and realize I need to pull myself together. This is the Capitol Games. People will die. I'm just going to have to accept that. Why WAS there a bomb? Then I see. The district tributes. They're playing their role very well. They must have control over the bombs. This arena is recreating the fall of the Capitol.
