The big continent was divided into three kingdoms, Boscrat, Castellanos, and Draco. The shore tribe was a neutral fraction, it wasn't belong to any kingdoms.
Besides of the kingdoms and the small tribe, there's also a small part of the land that belonged to the Demon Kingdom, approximately the same size of the shore tribe's territory.
That small territory was Demon Kingdom's territory outside of the Hell. The purpose of that land was to be a place for demons to interact and engage with humans. Because humans can't stay too long in hell due to the high amount of carbon dioxide (CO2) there.

The territory that once belonged to Demon Kingdom became ruins. Mainly because the disappearance of the Hell Portal that leads to no more interactions between men and demons. So, it belonged to no one.
Another territory that belonged to no one was City of Mith. It was originally a part of Castellanos Kingdom (now Dukedom of Castellanos), the place where King Zavelanos Orr Draco sacrificed himself.
