AN: Today is the day she turns 23 years old Rebekah is planning a surprise party for her and she asks her brothers to help her and her friends
Rebekahs pov
I woke up and my calendar showed Elena's birthday is today and I decided to plan a surprise party for Elena then I got up and picked out some clothes for today it was a black jacket with a blue shirt with black shoes and I decided to wear it with a bird feather with a crystal necklace


then I got in the shower then got dressed brushed my teeth then made went downstairs where I saw Elijah, and my nephew Liam grabbing his backpack and walking out the door to get on the bus after eating breakfast which I grabbed myself a plate of eggs, bacon, and pancakes and I asks Elijah to go buy streamers and a cake that says happy 23th bday he says "ok bex I'll get it once he buys the streamers I set it up with the help of bonnie, Elijah then I ask Elijah can he go to the store again and get some juice and wine for the party then he comes back and I grab tables from our attic and set them up then I have matt grab buckets and he puts them on the table I tell him to and then I put ice in them and put juice in one bucket and wine in another then I have matt put the food on the table on the right and he does then Stefan comes and I kiss him and say I've missed you babe "I've missed you too babe" he says then we break our kiss I put niklaus on distracting elena duty early this morning everyone got here so i tell everyone presents on that table and you guys i won't start playing music yet till she gets here let me call klaus
K (Klaus) and R (Rebekah)
R: bring her in 10 minutes ok
K: ok
they're on the way I say then everyone starts partying and I order a men stripper and a women stripper while they are partying I told them to come at 5:40 pm today Elena arrives and says thanks bekah I love you you're the best friend and then she hugs Stefan, bonnie thanking them for coming and they rub her baby bump that made me realize I can't have a child at all
Stefan's pov
Elena hugs me and bonnie and we rubbed her baby bump which I saw It made bex sad so I vamp sped to her and comforted her I knew what it was about she can't have kids because she's a vampire and I said it's ok babe I love you so much and she said "I love you too babe I know it's ok but it hurts" Elena comes over and asks "what's wrong" bex says"nothing" then I say "I'm taking her upstairs shes upset "ok is she gonna be ok" Elena says "yeah" bex says then I take her upstairs then we talk after 20 minutes I say are you ok "yea babe" bex says then we go back to the party and Klaus comes and says "what's the matter sister" bex says "nothing now" he says "ok" Rebekah says time to say happy birthday then she makes me go grab the cake and I grab it make my way back to the party and everyone says "happy birthday, happy 23rd birthday" and she blows the candles out and hugs everyone including damon who is her boy best friend they've never splet together she claims after the party ended we cleaned up and everybody went to sleep and i stayedup thinking about what happened today i realized i want kids with her i wanted to ask her to adopt with me i woke up Rebekah and asked do you wanna a kid with me she says "yes!" then she kisses me and we fall alseep cuddling shes little spoon I'm big spoon then the next moring we said goodbye to everyone and left together to mystic falls.

Hey Guys I hope you enjoyed this I decided to make her 23 already then guys don't worry we are still taking down marcel but I wanted to chill on that I did write a little Stebekah in there because I didn't think it would take me this long to write about them but it did I won't be updating march 15 or 23 because family bdays are those days but I'm getting used to people reading my stories
