Arthit woke up with a strong wave of pain in his head, cupping his head in his hands, he sat up straight as his eyes observed his surroundings

It was an unfamiliar place, a plain white room, was where he was, getting off the bed, he peeked out of the window, nothing seemed familiar to him

"Where am I?" He mumbled to himself

"At my home" he heard a familiar voice state

Immediately turning around, he found himself facing kongpob, dressed in a simple white shirt and black trousers, that was the most casual wear he had seen on kongpob

"Why am I here?" Arthit asked, his eyes slightly widened, no memories of the previous night found in his head

"You were drunk at the city club, I picked you up as you called me, I wasn't sure about your address so I brought you to my home" kongpob explained

Arthit although was too surprised and confused, didn't miss how kongpob's voice was softer than his usual self these days

Perhaps did I say something while I was drunk? Arthit thought panicking in himself

"Also, I guess we need to talk" kongpob's words caught arthit's attention

If arthit was nervous before, he was trembling now, anyhow nodding at the others words he followed kongpob outside the room

"Have a seat, I prepared a soup for your hangover, drink it, you will feel better" kongpob said

Arthit quietly pulled out a chair and sat with his eyes fixed on the bowl of soup in front of him

"Was what you said last night true?" Kongpob asked

Arthit looked at him blank, he wasn't sure what exactly was kongpob talking about

Kongpob probably read arthit's confused face, as he sighed taking a seat beside arthit

"Please don't tell me you don't remember anything" kongpob whispered

Arthit slowly nodded, the atmosphere turned awkward as arthit turned back to staring at the soup

"You told me you love me" kongpob said

Arthit's eyes widened comically as he heard what kongpob said, the thin liquid stuck in his throat as he coughed out loud, kongpob quickly rushed over to the kitchen to bring him a glass of water before patting his back

Once arthit calmed down, kongpob looked at him again, waiting for arthit to respond

Arthit's throat felt dry as he tried to form words

"Did you mean it p?" Kongpob asked eagerly

Arthit's didn't miss how softly kongpob talked to him in ages, staring at the junior he sighed

"I do" arthit replied

Kongpob's eyes shined, shined with hope which arthit somehow failed to notice

"But I know you don't, I know you don't love me anymore Kong, and I can't make you love me if you don't" arthit said, making kongpob's slight smile drop in an instant

"No..I.." Kongpob didn't know what stopped him, but he couldn't find words to form the sentence he actually wanted to

Arthit abruptly stood up, and so did kongpob

"Its okay Kong, I will get used to it I guess" arthit chuckled sadly

Kongpob looked at him, his eyes filled with unexplainable emotions

"I just hope you live a good life with whoever you love, the lucky one" arthit mumbled with a faint smile before walking towards the main door

Kongpob wanted to stop him and maybe hug him and tell him how much he actually loved him, but he never did

Kongpob watched him leave, and in a matter of seconds he was gone

At the office

Arthit walked towards his desk in a hurry, he was late to work

"God where have you been all night? I called you more than 50 times arthit!" Earth scolded him

"I'm sorry, my battery died" arthit replied

"And care explaining where you were?" Earth asked narrowing her eyes at him

"I..I was at the club last night, drinking.." Arthit's voice trailed off

He knew lying to earth will benefit him in no way, she however knows him better than he does

"And after that? I'm sure you weren't at the club the whole time" earth said

"At kongpob's home..." Arthit replied in a low voice

"What?" Earth's voice had the surprised tone in it

Arthit hung his head low mumbling things which earth somehow could hear

"I was drunk and wanted to call you but called him by mistake, he picked me up from the club and took me to his home as he wasn't sure about mine, he told me that I..I drunk talked to him about how much I love him and how much it hurts knowing he doesn't" was all arthit mumbled

"Arthit" earth called in a soft voice patting his back

"I feel so light weighted because I let it out, to him and at the same time I feel so burdened because he didn't try to stop me even once which I know I shouldn't but expected" arthit said

"Expectations hurt, I know arthit" earth replied now caressing his hair

Arthit nodded, tears pooling in his eyes, threatening to start falling any second

"Let's go get some fresh air shall we?" Earth asked

Nodding arthit followed earth to the terrace

"You behave like a big sister at times" arthit said chuckling

"I would love to be your big sister, however its you who calls me by my name, I'm 7 months elder than you" earth said glaring at him playfully

"Okay sorry my p by 7 months" arthit teased

Earth laughed at his words, finding him a little free for the first time in the last few weeks, but guess what? Maybe that wasn't what the god wanted

"What's your relation with khun kongpob?" Namtan's voice was heard as arthit felt his heart sinking again
