BOYS
For
The boys who cry at night
and feel sad all the time
The boys who cut their wrists
or have scars along their hips
The boys who won't touch food
and worry about their weight
The boys who sit on cliffs
and ponder their reason to live
To the boys who scream
but cannot be heard
To all those who wear a mask
It's not fair that you are judged
so differently than girls
Because neither age nor gender
really change who you are
and whether
American or Asian
Boy or Girl
it really shouldn't matter
For they are all mental illnesses
and really need to be helped.
