Today is finally poker night again. I am a really big poker addict. I love playing it. Especially with my closest friends.
Once a week, on wednesdays, we all come together at one evening and play almost the whole night. It's always at another place. Today, it's at my friend Ian's place.
We all arrived there at around 8pm and the first thing we do usually is drink one beer together.
"So what have you guys been up to this week?" Ian asked into the round.
I leaned against his counter and our other friend Hugo answered "Well not much to be honest. This week has been boring until now"
"I've been out for dinner with Y/N on monday. That was pretty awesome. It was such a beautiful restaurant" I answered.
„Really? What was it called?" our other friend James asked me.
"Uhm hold on let me think..." I said as I thought about the restaurant's name. "It was called Ciel de Paris I think"
"What? I heard it's super expensive there" James answered surprised.
„Yeah but he's a world famous, successful soccer player. Did you froget about that?" our other friend Melvin interwined.
I had to smile a bit and answered "Yeah it actually is but the view ah! It's so beautiful and the food was so delicious"
"That sound so amazing" James said.
"Should we start?" Ian asked who meanwhile set up the whole poker table.
„Of course we should!" Hugo said and was the first one to sit down.
We all followed him and started playing poker.
I won the first round with a full house.
We played about 10 rounds and I won about 4 of them. We decided to take a short break from playing.
"Does anyone want another beer?" Ian asked us while he slowly stood up.
„Yeah I'll have one"
„Mee too" James and Melvin said.
"Ney? Hugo?" Ian asked.
„Uh I'm good thanks" I answered while Hugo said "Can I just get a coke instead please?"
"Sure no problem" Ian responded and dissapeared in his kitchen.
"Yo Imma do a short insta live now" Hugo said and pulled his phone out. I also pulled my phone out but just to answer some text messages.
