I smiled as I walked around. Seeing fans from all different fandoms dressed up as their favorite characters, brought a smile to my face. I loved seeing how enthusiastic everyone was and it was always a treat seeing the youngest fans dressed up!
"There you are!"
I chuckled "Come on it wasn't that hard to find me knowing that I have a thing for superheros."
He laughed "You do realize that you could've been anywhere right? There is tons of superhero stands!" He wrapped his arms around me from behind "If you're going to be at the panel with me, we need to go now."
"Well then we better go!" I smiled up at him
He quickly pecked my lips and took my hand "Come on my superhero."
"Yes master Yoda." I giggled
He just laughed and continued to lead me in the direction we had to go. Hey, he's the one who decided to wear a Yoda mask to get around without being noticed.
You see I was at the San Diego Comic Con with my husband, Lee Pace. He had a panel for The Hobbit: The Battle of The Five Armies and instead of being seated with the fans like usual, Lee wanted me in the back where he could easily get to me if need be. Always worried about something going wrong and even more protective now.
"Desiray!" Orlando exclaimed and pulled me into a hug as soon as we got to the back
I laughed and hugged back "Orlando!"
He pulled me back to arms length "I see things are looking good for you and 'father'." He smiled
Lee chuckled "Of course they are 'son'! I know how to take care of my wife!"
"Although it seems she is for the dwarfs." Evangeline said walking up
"That's a work in progress." Lee said
I fake gasped "I will not turn my back on Thorin!"
We all laughed and soon after they were called on stage. I watched from my spot with my arms lightly crossed and holding an Icee in one hand. Laughing at the questions and answers with the fans.
One fan's question had me looking at Lee to see how he would answer.
"My question is for Lee." The fan said "I've noticed the ring on your finger, are you married or is the ring just for show?"
Lee leant forward in his seat "The ring is not just for show."
Orlando laughed "Just tell them man."
Lee looked my way and I gave a slight nod. He turned to the crowd and smiled "I'm a happily married man of four years now."
"In fact, his wife is standing off to the side there." Benedict said looking at me grinning
"Can we meet her?" Another fan asked
Lee looked at me with a smile "It's about time I introduce my wife to the world." He grinned "Babe." He motioned for me to come out
Any Serkis, being the closest, got out of his chair and walked over to me holding out his arm with a smile. I took his arm and he lead me on the stage. Lee stood up from his chair smiling and chuckled seeing the Icee cup in my hand.
I kissed Andy's cheek and walked up to Lee who pulled me into his arms. He placed a kiss on my head as his hand went to its usual spot on my baby bump.
"Middle Earth News: King Thranduil is having a baby." Orlando said smiling
"Baby mama happens to be a supporter of Thorin Oakenshield." Benedict said chuckling
"Who likes Icees." Luke laughed
"Can you blame me for liking Thorin? It's Richard Armitage!" I said laughing "As for the Icees, I've been craving them like crazy."
Lee chuckled looking down at me from his tall frame "And no matter what I still love you."
I smiled "I love you too."
After the panel was done, Lee decided he wanted to take me out and just spend time together. We walked around, stopped at a few stores where Lee and I bought a few baby things, and finally we stopped to get some food. Within a few hours of confirming our marriage at the panel, our twitter pages were blowing up and it was everywhere on the internet.
"Lee Pace, star of The Hobbit Trilogy, confirms he is married to Desiray Pace and that the couple is expecting a child."
