Chapter 74 ~ Family Evening Drive

Dixies Pov:

If i know Noah, then i know that blackmailing him gets me anything i want because im not feeling for food

Dixie: If you love me you will let me eat that and not food

Noah: And if you love me, you wouldnt be blackmailing me

Dixie: Bab-

Tim: When Amy was pregnant with Hailey, she didnt want to eat food. She would eat snack, sweets and fruits but when she went to one of her check ups, the doctor said that food is something that will help the baby so she started eating food. You need to eat food also Dixie, it will help both you and your baby

Noah takes one of his hand and places it back on my stomach and plays with my hair with the other

Noah: Will you eat pumpkin pie atleast?

Dixie: I want a fruit bowl pweaseee

Noah: And you can have one with a pumpkin pie

Dixie: Fine

Tim: Noah, pumpkin pie is a tart not food

Noah: I know dad and i also know Dix. If she says that she doesnt want something then im not going to force it

Tatun: Can i go for a ride with you to buy it?

Noah: Baby do you want to go?

Dixie: Mhm

Noah: What if we make this a family evening drive tonight? Mom? Dad? You guys want to come with us?

Amy: Sure

Noah: Ok. Go change and get whatever you all need, we will leave in 20 minutes

Amy, Tim and Tatum get up and go to their rooms to change then Noah and i stand up and walk into his room. We lock his door and are standing close to the bed

Noah: You dont have any clothes here since we broke up and you took back all of your clothes into your room so do you want a sweatpants and hoodie?

Dixie: Why cant i just go in one of your big shirt?

Noah: Because your bump will not let it fit you like a dress anymore

Dixie: But i dont want to wear a sweatpants and hoodie. I wore that for five months straight; day and night

Noah: Baby....wear it today and then tomorrow we will go to your house to get some clothes for you

Dixie: Ughh ok

Noah changes into a sweatpants and hoodie into the bathroom and i change into one of his sweatpants and hoodie in the room then we walk downstairs where we see everyone waiting by the front door for us

Tatum: What took so long?

Dixie: We didnt take long

Tatum: Yes. You guys took 25 minutes instead of 20 minutes

Noah: Dixie didnt want to wear a sweatpants and hoodie but i convinced her

Tim: Lets go before it gets late. Noah, are you driving or me?

Noah: Babygirl?

Dixie: Noah is driving

Noah: Ok

We walk outside and Noah unlocks the car Mrs. Beck, Tatum and i enter the back seat with me in seat behind Noahs and Tatum in the middle, Mr. Beck in the passenger seat and Noah in the driver seat he starts the car and starts driving

Amy: How are you in the back here Dix?

Dixie: I think you guys should have a chance to talk with Noah and the seatbelt hurts me alot when it rests on my belly
