Y/N: What resulted this situation I find myself in?
Psychologist: You mean we find ourselves in? It would be just the two of us, it would be at least a bit entertaining
Patient: What are you talking about.... I can be quite entertaining!
Psychologist: What a person finds entertaining is their own decision. But Y/N my friend my intuition tells me that the patients "entertainment" greatly differs from what we think is entertaining.
Y/N: Why should I consider you "my friend" ?
Psychologist: You shouldn't. What you should consider is why am I talking to some voices in my head? And how do I get rid of them? Are they actually voices from a different person ? Or do i have a fractured personality ? Every way you answer these questions, what you should know is that you can't be taken over by him...
Patient: Why not ? I can make things fun! Though we would have to get rid of a few "things" and someone's...
Psychologist: Which we... you... whatever... cannot allow! Do you understand! You have to regain control over this...him...you!
Y/N: Sounds harder than it looks...
Patient: Talking about looks if you do not want to end up like a cheap knockoff Joker, maybe you should put the knife out of you mouth. Just saying, it would still be quite funny...

And there it was. Your own combat knife, ready to give you your own eternal Smile. You slowly get the knife out of your mouth and put it infront of you on your desk. Cold sweated you begin to realise that the Patient has more control over you than you thought. You slowly proceed to walk up to your couch and lay down to resemble you thoughts and regain somewhat your composure. A small tune plays as somebody rings the bell at the locked door.
Finka: Y/N can I come in or do you want me to come later?
She speaks into a small intercom connecting you to people from outside the room. No sound leaves or enters the room unless planned so.
Y/N: Sure let me unlock the door for you

You press a button hid under your desk to unlock the door and Operator Finka comes in with a file.

Finka: We have a new Operator that needs her Psychological check up.
Psychologist: Well look at you! Y/N why haven't you told me that you work with such ehem... energetic colleagues?
Y/N: Is there anything that I need to know upfront?
Finka: Well she is from Nighthaven like quite a few Ops at Rainbow
Y/N: Another Nighthaven Operator? They are getting more and more by the months...
Finka: You don't trust them?
Y/N: I don't even trust my own mind... sometimes
Finka: Is that healthy?
Y/N: Self reflection is quite important. Doubt on the other hand is quite dangerous.
Finka: Do you doubt yoursel?
Y/N: I reflect on myself to be connected with the reality at hand. Am I better than the person I have infront of me? Could I have made the same mistake that my patient has. Though I have to say that not every patient has necessarily made a mistake to find themselves in a depression. Sometimes you are just extremely unlucky...
Finka: Please, Doctor... I know your field is quite intriguing but to me it is sometimes rather boring...
Y/N: I am sorry, but remember: Taking care of the Mind is of at most urgency
Finka: Fine Doc... Anyways she will arrive in the next days. Her Operative name is Osa
Y/N: thanks for the info
Finka: I have noticed that you and Iana aren't talking as much as you used to. Why is that?
Y/N: Well with her being occupied with an still ongoing Operation to which I do not have access to, and my attention having to be put to check ups on different Operators or Standardtests like these we have drifted apart a bit. But I am sure we will be able to see each other more in the near future
Finka: What makes you so certain?
Y/N: It's called optimism Lera, try some would fit you well
Finka: I thought you were a realist?
Y/N: Yes I am and I am first and foremost an Psychologist and my Academical Intuition tells me that looking hopeful into the future is better at the moment for me than pessimistic. Though I have admit that the chances of us getting to see each other more is not that big
Finka: I am sure she has everything under control
Y/N: You sound rather convincing
Finka: Because I am
Y/N: As convincing as a knife perhaps
Finka: Nothing is more convincing than a knife

Outside it has begun to rain. The English Countryside has become drenched in water again like most of the year. As Finka left your office you turn and move to a cupboard in the corner of the room. You open the cupboard and pick up a pack of cigarettes. It was your favourite brand, though you never enjoyed smoking in general.Keeping a Package for desperate times was alright. You sit yourself back on the office chair and begin to examine the cigarette box. Its red outline immediately strike your eye with the image of a man who misses his right leg.
Y/N: Smoking can be deadly and...
You are not able to finish your sentence as a voice rings in your mind
Psychologist: Extremely expensive, I mean the prices for cigarettes in Germany are abysmal
Patient: Normally I would say: Come on, take one! You are stressed! A cigarette would help you calm down!, but I have to agree with Mr. Weiße Weste over there for once. Not even with our Government Salary and the tax reduction we get , is it good to buy these pieces of crap. Why didn't you try to seduce Ela? You know the human mind, getting an trip to Poland and acceptable prices for tobacco and beverages would be lovely. And imagine the sex! Absolutely divine!
Psychologist: I have to disagree with you. The prices are better but there is still no profit to be made from smoking. Healthwise I mean. Also i have to say that my tastebuds prefer your current Girlfriend Nienke. She is a little perfectionist but her face when you put your...
Y/N: Is there something else that we could discuss?
Patient: Oh no I want to discuss this further. Once I get control over our mind I will definitely seduce Ela. I would love to compare the two and find out if she is as submissive as Nienke.
Psychologist: Though quite interesting I have to say keeping an more or less honourable social life would be better than anything that is to gain from your plan. Anyways Y/N how about some training. Keeping yourself fit and relieving some stress there is preferable to any Cigarette. Also you have to keep up  with your Fitness...
Patient: Because it is preferable to stand up and have an good body physique or also being as ripped as you are than having to stand up if possible and then navigating through an endless amount of fastfoodboxes and then having to look yourself in the mirror to only see a person who would die from an cardiac arrest because he walked two stairs up the stairway
Y/N: Yoooo
Patient: What? You know I am right! Anyways get your ass to the gym. In the mean while I will further enjoy past memories of yours so I have a better overview of what I can hit you with
You leave your Office for your dorm stopping at Docs office to say hello to your good friend
Y/N: Hey Gustave would you like to join me in the gym?
Doc: Just a sec my friend let me just finish this tedious paperwork. Get yourself changed I will join you in a few minutes
