"Dark Magic... Inside you?" Harry asked in a low voice as they were eating in breakfast. "Yeah." Hermione responded simply. They all ate in silence and occasionally shooting glances at each other but then they quickly looked away. Hermione was first to leave as and Draco followed her as usual. They went in the common room with no comments from Snape. She plopped down on the bed and Draco sat next to her. "I'm worried." She whispered. "Don't be. I'm here with you." He quietly said as he took her soft, small hands in his big hands. He kissed her and gently she pushed him down on the couch. She was on top now and he was in the bottom and still they kissed. He moved his arm down her back to her bottom and she moaned softly. "I'm not ready Draco." She whispered as she layed her head down in Draco's chest. "It's okay." He said playing with her hair.

The next few weeks Hermione's headaches didn't weaken one bit but it seemed to hurt much more. She ignored it though (Which Draco highly disapproved of.)

It was a dark night wen Hermione was walking with Ginny. "Wow Hermione you're on fire this year. I mean first you had to share a common room with Draco. Second, you go out with him and now Voldemort's after you?" Ginny loudly said. "Shh!" Hermione hissed. "Yeah I know and these headaches a bloody annoying." She said rubbing her forehead. They turned right around the corner.

They saw two figures close to each other and what seems like they were kissing. "I bet you it's Ron with Lavender." Ginny whispered. They both hid behind a wall and moved slowly closer to the two figures.

It was Draco with Pansy.

Hermione gasped more loudly then she had expected and Draco turned around. "I can explain." He said pushing a smiling Pansy away from him. Hermione however just stood there heartbroken and the sight she had just seen. It disgusted her and depressed her. Tears after tears rolled down her face but his time she had no one to hug her warmly except Ginny, who glared at Draco. "I knew you hadn't change one bit you disgusting little ferret." Ginny snarled at him. Hermione was crying staring staring at both Draco and Pansy. "Hermione ple-." But before he finished his sentence, she had already sprinted away from them letting tears fall freely from her eyes.

She ran as fast as her feet could carry her when she bumped in to another guy. "Sorry." She said as she sniffed and was about to keep on running when the guy grabbed her arm and pulled her towards him. It was Harry. "What happened Hermione?" No words came out of her mouth instead she cried in Harry's shoulder. They sat down on the staircase as Hermione sobbed into Harry. The Draco came sprinting towards them but stopped when he saw Harry. Hermione cried even harder. "Get out of here Malfoy." Harry snarled.

"I'm Headboy. You shouldn't be out here yourself Potter." Draco snarled back. "I'll give you detentions." Draco said. Harries stood up. "Hermione when you can come inti my common room." Harry whispered and left glaring at Draco.

"Hermione." But she looked away. She turned to walk away and Draco followed. "Please." She didnt pay attention. He out her against the wall with his arms on either side of her in the wall. "Please?" He pleaded. "Stop. I don't want anything to do with you. I thought you changed...but you didn't. Now don't ever talk to me again Malfoy." Hermione hissed at him and slapped his arm away and walked to Harry's room. Drake stood there ashamed of what happened but extremely angry at Pansy. It was her fault she kissed him and she wouldn't let him pull away. But now Hermione and her friends were back to using last name, which clearly showed they have no trust in him anymore.
