Chapter 17-Will Always Be There For You

*Katsumi's POV*

"Katsuyu! What the hell happened?!" I yelled then spotted the destroyed landscape

"Pain destroyed everything" Katsuyu said

"Just like that..?" I murmured in shock then started crying

"ONI-SAN! WHERE ARE YOU?!" I cried then a cloud of dust appeared and revealed Naruto and more toads

He'd kept us waiting long enough for goodness sake

I let out a relieved sigh but then banged my head against the rock behind me

"shit...If I jump in and try and help him, I'll only be in the way and most probably will get myself killed" I muttered in sadness then turned back to the fight

Naruro and the toads were literally rocking the scene.

Naruto was taking care of the Pains, the toads were taking care of the summons, the elder toads were sticking with my brother as Katsuyu was giving him all the intel he needs about Pain. I let out a small sad smile as a few tears dropped from my eyes

 Naruto got rid of three bodies of Pain's until his sage chakra ran out. He fought with Tendo Pain for a while, then Fukasaku took the scroll that was on his back and summoned a shadow clone of Naruto that immediately poofed and returned all the sage chakra back to the my original brother

Naruto destroyed one more Pain. 

The tendo Pain pulled him towards him and the one that absorbs ninjutsu restrained him and started absorbing his sage chakra until there was none left.

"The Kyuubi has been captured" Tendo Pain said 

"F***K NO IT ISNT" I yelled and Rasengan-ed the Pain restraining Naruto then I grabbed my brother and got him away from the last Pain

"Thanks, Nee-san" Naruto panted then I patted his back

"I'll summon the next Shadow clone, you just-" I started but then I was pulled towards Pain along with Fukasaku

I managed to protect myself with water but my water couldn't reach Fukasaku in time and instead, he was killed.

"YOU SICK PIECE OF SHIT" I yelled again then Pain threw Fukasaku away and pulled me towards him with Naruto this time. He grabbed us by the neck and banged us to the ground

Pain grabbed Naruto's hands then pinned them to the ground with a pole as I was able to get away from him. But to my luck, Pain pulled me towards him yet again and threw me on the ground. He broke off a pole from his hand and threw a pole at me that went through my shoulder and pinned me there

Pain kept ranting to Naruto about peace and other shit. He started breaking rods from his hand and throwing them at my brother, avoiding any vital points

"NARUTO-CHAN! YOU CANNOT LOSE! JIRAYA-CHAN AND PA SACRAFICED THEMSELVES FOR YOU! YOU CANNOT LOSE!" Ma yelled then Pain pushed her away

"Why you-" Naruto started then Pain put his hand in front of Naruto

"I guess I'll be taking you now" He said then I broke the rod and was going to punch Pain but he just jumped back

"You aren't laying a finger on my brother" I stated

"Katsu! Run! You can't defeat him!" Naruto yelled

"Shut up!" I yelled then he slightly gasped "I'm tired of getting protected by you. Even when I tried to change that and protect you from the shadows, you still kept looking after and pushing all the harm away from me. But not this time... I swear that I will protect you when you can't do it yourself! Just like how you always did to me!" 

"Nee-san! You don't have to throw your life for me! I cannot forgive myself if anything happened to you!" Naruto yelled

"I have a dream too, you know" I said then got into my fighting stance

"My dream is to always be able to protect you until you become Hokage" I said then raised all the water from the ground and broke Pain's balance. Using the water under him, I quickly did the hand seals for the water dragon jutsu but he pushed the water down. 

There was a five seconds interval between his jutsus, but knowing my own abilities, I couldn't get up there and land a blow that fast. So I jumped up to Pain whilst making hand seals for another water jutsu. If I went with a limited range attack like Suihera, he would easily dodge it so huge range attack it is. The five seconds ran out. I immediately released the jutsu "Suiton: Orca!" I said then made a huge wave that Pain shot back at me, but that water had my chakra so it was easy to create a gate for me to reach him from there. And I did manage to land a rasengan on him.

"The entire Kyuubi isn't necessary, only a little of it's chakra would do..." Pain said out of no where then he took out a thick pole and fired it at Naruto

I used water teleportation and covered Naruto who shut his eyes closed. The pole has gone between my chest and abdomen. I held back a scream and swallowed the blood that was coming out of my mouth, careful not to spill it on my brother. Naruto slowly opened those beautiful ocean eyes and stared at me in shock

"KATSUMI!" Naruto yelled 

"S-sorry N-n-naruto..." I said with a pained smile then slowly brushed his cheek. I coughed some blood on my hand away from Naruto and looked at him with a small smile

"NEE-SAN WHY DID YOU COVER ME?! WHY?! YOU BEING HERE WITH ME IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN THE WORLD!" Naruto yelled in tears but my expression dropped when I saw him crying like that. I never wanted to see him cry

"W-wipe your t-tears...Y-y-you're mak-king me sad..." I said then wiped his tears then sensed Pain charging at me from the back so I quickly made hand seals and raised a water wall around us then felt a pain surge through my body

I grabbed the pole and slowly started taking it out

"NEE-SAN PLEASE STOP! IT'S THE ONLY THING STOPPING THE BLEEDING! PLEASE GO GET YOURSELF TREATED!" Naruto cried but I still took it out anyways 

"S-s-stay strong...Naruto" I smiled then sat on my knees and took out the pole pinning Naruto's hands then placed my forehead against his

"D-don't be picky...E-eat lots...and grow strong...M-make sure you bathe everyday...and stay warm...Nee-san wouldn't want... t-to see you catch a cold... you know...also.. don't s-stay up late...you need lots of sleep...keep practicing your jutsus...until they're polished to perfection... and one last thing..." I said then kissed his forehead

"Nee-san will always be there for you.." I said then collapsed on the ground and finally...

I was at peace...
