New girl

First day

I smack my alarm as I wake up to the loud obnoxious noise. Then I pick out my outfit for today I picked out some cuffed jean shorts and a striped shirt while brushing my hair and nervously scrambling for my things. After getting fully ready for the day I shut the door not bothering to even tell anyone they wouldn't notice anyways. I grab my skateboard and begin skating down the pavement and looking at the  dim sky in the morning with the fresh breeze. I finally got to school and I found my class and walked through the door making such a annoying sound which turned the attention on me. "Welcome! all the way from sunnyside California nice to meet you Maxine!" The teacher says "it's Max." I roll my eyes and sit down in the nearest seat to the back and catch three boys staring at me I try to focus on the math.      (Later at lunch)
I walk somewhat lost not knowing what to do so I sit outside practicing my skating skills, that is until I get interrupted. "Hi" the boy says "uhm hi?" I say with a confused expression "your new I see" he says "no what how did you ever guess" I say slightly annoyed "oh uhm sorry I uhm I'm Lucas." He chuckles "cool meeting you Lucas but I should go catch you later " I say and skate over to the side door and head to my next class. It's been what feels like forever schools out so I go to my locker and grab my bag and my skateboard and start walking to the entrance but I'm stopped by the boys again but I met Lucas so I already know him, "wait up!!" They say "can I help you stalkers?" I stop in my place " what no I- we aren't stalkers your uhm lost so we decided to help you" they say nervously "thanks but no thanks I gotta run." I turn around and roll my eyes and skate to the arcade I saw on the way here. I walk in and hear all sorts of games being played and I look in aw and go over to dig dug and get the high score "hell yeah!" I say proudly and walk over to the boy eating Chips " hey uh... Keith do you have any open spots available?" I ask after looking away at his name tag "hey there no not at the moment but I'll let you know" he motions for my name "Max" he nods and I walk off deciding I have to go back to my house I sigh in disappointment and skate back walking up to the door and opening it "where were you!" Neil says "out." I say annoyed "EXCUSE ME DO NOT USE THAT ATTITUDE WITH ME" he screams " I could care less" I try walking past him but he grabs me by my shirt while Susan my mother watches "I SAID DONT TALK TO ME LIKE THAT" he yells into my face I struggle getting out of his grip but I manage to but before i could do anything he punches me  a few times I hold back tears and run to my room locking the door "IM NOT DONE WITH YOU YET MAXINE" he says "I begin sobbing quietly and go to the bathroom crying more as I look at myself and lay on my bed my eyes feel heavy and before I know it I had fallen asleep
