i know you live in darkness, ever-shadowed by perennial shade.
i know you feel like you're drowning, in a sea you cannot wade.
but all you need to do, is find a way through.
so don't give up hope, for you will learn how to cope.
one day when sunshine cascades down from above,
everything is beautiful and you're showered with love.
you'll realize that with every sundown, comes a sunrise -
so brilliant with golds and reds adorning the skies.
with this you'll know how strong you really are,
because even with all the suffering and ache,
you didn't relent, nor did you break.
