A list of things, because writing is hard but i have ideas

~I live by the cuddle bug Georgia hc so also take - when the states know someone hasn't been sleeping they push them off to Georgia so they're forced to sleep and take care of themselves

~just "Hey Georgia, you interested in a cuddle buddy?" [said state being dragged along, repeating no] "oh, yeah, sure"

~Texas owns a keep Austin weird shirt. He won't wear it in front of others, but if anyone ever saw it he'd deny it being his. Obviously it belongs to Austin, shut up.

~Texas won't let Austin be separate because he worries that 1. It'll make him seem weak and 2. That Austin will end up hurt. Is he overprotective? Yes, but Austin understands (though he really wishes Texas would let him have friends)

~Texas would never actually say it, but California's line of "We're gonna get you out of there, Austin" hit him hard because he's Trying His Best to be a good brother/protector in the only way he knows how

~for Cal/Tex vibes: It hurts more knowing that Cali would actually think so little of him. this is (part of) why he shoves those emotions down

~For some reason I have the weird ship of Kansas/Iowa/Missouri in mind. would this be a v or a full triangle? could go either way. might write something at some point

~The Nebraska-Iowa college football rivalry may have started out manufactured, but it's slowly turned into a real thing. Nebraska and Iowa have just turned this into a brotherly fight

~So Iowa has no professional major league sports teams. On more than one occasion however he has said the following in front of Illinois. "I don't have a major league team because then Illinois would want one" while smirking. Every Time he's done this has resulted in either Iowa running or Illinois grabbing him in a headlock.

~Iowa is just a Little Sh!t tbh. not Chaotic really but he will say things to get attention (only to other midwest states though, because he ain't lookin to be abandoned)

~Midwest meetings almost always end up with things thrown. Is at least one of these the talking ranch? Yes. honestly it should be expected with the Michigan-Ohio, Illinois-Wisconsin, Kansas-Missouri, and North Dakota-South Dakota rivalries all in one place. DC/Gov should just be glad nothings been broken yet (that they know of)

why does all my stuff inevitably come back the midwest? why are my veins filled with corn? I have like 4 different fics in progress though, so there's that
