Your POV

I sigh am looking for clues on who murder the count 3 years ago and I haven't found any yet, as am walking here down the long hallways of the palace, towards the library trying to find more clues to reveal who the real culprit of the crime. Because I have a certain feeling that it wasn't Dr.Devorak or should I say (Julian/Jules) who committed the crime 3 years ago. As I was turning a corner not much looking at my path.. I accidentally bump into someone's chest and drop on the floor. I curse myself for not paying much attention. I look up to see none other than the Quaestor, looking down at me with no mask,'Oh gosh why them of all people!!!' I think out loud they gave me a hand and I hesitantly accepted it

"Thanks"

I say above whisper

... "My , Y/N you really should pay much more attention on were you heading"

They said with a little UWU smirk on their face

"I apologise for that Quaestor"

I said looking away from them, among the other courtiers there the only one who actually manage to spark my curiosity and wanting to know more about them , there something alluring about them that I just can't explain. As I was lost in thoughts a certain glove hand trace there way to my neck up to my jaw it send shivers down my body and I think,.. it made the back of my hair stand as they made me look back at them, I can't help but blush under there touch

"W-what i-is it Quaestor "

I said stammered they just look at me piercing my soul , with those beautiful crimson eyes of them.. I don't think the Quaestor notice anything unusual about my sudden behavior

"where are you heading at, anyway dear"

they ask before they put there hands away and press there fingers together like what they usually do, tilting their head to the side still looking at me ...

"I-i was just heading towards the l-library"

I can't help but stammer at the end

"hmm" they respond "Am looking for more clues on what actually happened back then 3 years ago"

I continued with a nervous laugh.

"But hadn't Dr.069 already confess about the crime , your supposed to look for them, are you not?"

they replied while tilting there head to the side with still no emotion

"well actually I don't think his the one to blame yet, that is to say, if he's actually the one who committed the crime Quaestor"

I reply with sarcasm at the end crossing my arms glaring at them.

Valdemar's POV

I can't help but UWU smile (sorry I couldn't help it😂) with this little apprentice they look so adorable the way they act makes me want to dissect them, look inside of there body, cut it in halves like what I always do to others but they're something about them thats preventing me from doing so, and it's quite bothering me lately and the way I can't take them off my mind, they're the only Human in centuries that gets in my ego they always spark my curiosity. It interest me to know more about them as I was lost in my thought when I heard them cleared there throat, and I was pulled back into reality and I realize that they are still in there. A sudden warm cross over my face 'wait what am I, why does I felt this, it's weird to say that am blushing over a human' I said in my head .

"Umm I apologise again about what happened earlier Quaestor, I better head to the Library and start finding more you.. know clues"

they said awkwardly and excuse they're self before I could respond ... my body moves on its own accord and I made them turn back to me and suddenly I kiss them right in the lips and it surprised me that they kiss me back . Seconds later both of as pull to breath I saw Y/N blushing and a slight smile appear in there lips but before they excuse there self again they gave me a kiss on my jawline and run towards the library ... I was left standing in the hallway dumbfounded written on my face did I really kiss them and did they really kiss me back.

... 'hmm interesting' ...

Your POV

As I excuse myself and started walking towards the library a glove hand grab my wrist and spin me around it was Quaestor Valdemar but before I could respond there lips meet mine 'wait there kissing me?' I said in my head and suddenly melt into the kiss and I kiss them back seconds later both of us pulled to breath . They look at me with a UWU smile and I think I saw them blushing ... I can't help but blush as well (like a tomato🍅) I smile at them but before I excuse myself , and start to head to the library I surprisingly kiss them in the jawline and run towards the Library flustered and not looking back ...
