Hearing the office door opening, you just ignored it, assuming that it was your grandmother. You were surprised though at the feeling of something being placed upon your head. Lifting it up to your face, it was revealed to be a little toy frog.

“Midorima? Why is this frog bandaged up?”
“It’s not my fault! Kerosuke was broken in the first Kuroko no Basuke fandisc!”
“Why don’t you just buy a new one? I’m sure you could find one of the same brand-”
“NO! This is my one and only Kerosuke, it’s impossible to replace him!”
“More like you’re too stubborn to replace him…”
He looked at you seriously. “I love him!”
“Okay, okay! No need to get worked up.” You looked back at the bandaged toy. “Uh, I guess that in this fanfic, I’ll just need to pretend that it’s normal and not destroyed nor ugly.”
Midorima gasped, “Don’t say that! You’re hurting Kerosuke’s feelings!” The green haired teen covered the “ears” of the frog figurine.
You sighed. You were surrounded by all this idiocy.
