Adrien's POV
I wasn't sure what got into Chloe's mind but as the Mayor that was unacceptable I heard gasp from left and right.

"The people of Paris are what build this city and it's very disrespectful to say something like that without the the citizens of Paris there is know Paris." Marinette defended.

"Marinette Dupain-Cheng, you have no right to talk to me in such a manner I am the Mayor and I can do whatever it is I want." She retorted.

"That's it!" Marinette lounged towards her dragging her hair.

"Calm down Marinette..." But Marinette wasn't calm she punched left and right, while I was freaking out everyone else was amazed by the sight in front of them.

I quickly pulled Marinette but then Chloe attacked, "This reminds me so much of the second year of high school you thought you were better than everyone because you were rich, I deserve everything I earned you've never worked a day in your life." Chloe said.

Marinette quickly released herself from my grasp.

"You think your life is easy, have you ever been overshadowed by your parent's fame, have you ever been raped, have you ever had someone watching your every move, because if you think you deserve everything you got you didn't if everyone saw the way you treated people you wouldn't be Mayor right now but here we all are showing our real selves in front of the camera," Marinette said.

Everyone gasped hearing she was raped but her parent and Alya were frightened when they heard Luka was watching her every move.

"I am so sorry that happened to you..."

"Why didn't you tell me Luka was still watching you?"

"Why did you lie to me?"

"Everyone, silence!" I exclaimed getting everyone's attention.

"Does It matter that she didn't yell you, and feeling guilty for her doesn't make things anything better, yes the person who raped her is still out there and he could come back anytime but so what?" I said.

"Do you want me to drop you off?" I asked.

"No, it's okay, Jacob is already outside." She answered.

I nodded walking her out and making sure she made it to the car safely, we exchanged goodbyes and I soon walked over to my car driving home I had an uneasy feeling that gave me goosebumps something was either going to happen or it already happened.

I quickly started chasing after Marinette calling her phone.

But it was too late...

I know this chapter was really short but I have some surprises in the next chapter, I'll try updating as soon as I possibly can do have a lovely day.
