The End Of All Things {Sequel to Ever Since We Met; Johnnie Guilbert Fanfiction}

Chapter Twelve

We finished eating and setting up and soon enough we were greeting fans. Well, moreso Johnnie and Kyle than me. I just kinda sat in a chair next to them pretending I don't exist.

"Ohmyglob! Its Melody!", I hear somebody say.

My heart skips a beat and I sit up to see two girls almost crying and looking at me.

I wave at them and they come over to me.

"Hi!", I smile.

"Hi Mel ohmyglob we love you so much! My name's Ashley and this is Katie."

"Hey!", Katie says shyly.

"We wrote this letter for you. And got you a couple things.", Ashley hands me a letter which is in a black envelope, a Sweet Lemon Peace Tea, and a bag full of various stuff.

"This envelope is amazing. I'll read this and open the bag later, I promise. Thank you so much guys, it means the world to me!", I smile widely. "Do you guys want a picture?"

"That'd be amazing!", Katie smiles.

I walk around the table to the front and we all take a selfie on both of their phones and on mine.

"Thank you guys so much for coming and being the first fans I've met!", I say, hugging them both.

They wave and walk away, me smiling like an idiot.

I sit back down in the chair and look at Instagram to see if one of them posted the photo yet. I see the photo and follow both of them, reposting the photo and tagging them both.

After that I open the Peace Tea, taking a picture of it on Snapchat with the caption "ashley and katie are amazing" and posting it.

I look up to see a rather skinny boy in an Attack On Titan shirt and skinny jeans, with blue hair in a style that resembles 2005 Ryan Ross.

He smiles and I smile back.

"Hi! Oh my God I hope you haven't been standing here that long!", I say.

"Hey! No I just got here.", he smiles.

I stand up.

"Well hi there hello I'm Melody but I'm guessing you already know that.", I laugh.

"Yeah. I'm Carter.", he smiles. "I uh drew this for you."

He hands me an amazing drawing of Johnnie and I.

I gasp and look up at him.

"Carter this is amazing. Hey Johnnie check this out!"

Johnnie looks at the drawing and his jaw drops.

"Oh my God thats so cool dude. Thank you so much!"

Carter smiles widely.

"Dude you're seriously super talented.", I smile. "This is going on the fridge. Or something. I don't know where I'm gonna put it but I'm going to put it somewhere!"

"Thank you!", he says, tearing up.

"Don't cry or I'm gonna cry!", I laugh.

"You're the reason I'm standing here today. I was planning on killing myself, I had a date set and everything... But then I found you. And you came with something to live for."

I practically jump over the table and hug him tightly.

"I love you, never forget that. Promise me you wont forget that.", I say, grabbing his hand.

"I promise.", he smiles. I hug him again.

We talk for a few minutes longer and take a few photos and sadly he's off.

"Johnnie I saved somebody's life.", I say, not fully believing it.

"It feels great doesn't it?", he replies.

"It does, it really does.", I smile.

He kisses my cheek and goes back to meeting fans.

I check my phone again and see that Carter posted his photo with me (didn't take him long now did it?) and I follow him back, once again reposting the photo.

I don't think anything could ruin today.
