It was the day before the lovers day festival and the sins were out finding different rare artifacts and treasures to give to their partners,
Ban and hawk were looking for something to get for elaine
Meliodas was looking for a goddess amulet for elizabeth that would help her train her healing abilities
King was sewing Diane another new outfit
Escanor was writing a poem for the first woman he ever loved, rosa
(so I felt really bad for escanor when the whole rosa thing happened, so I'm bringing her back to life later on, the way ill do it is with melasculas spell that raises the dead, also as of this point escanor has moved on from merlin and accepted her feelings for y/n, also something I forgot to mention in earlier chapters day time escanor and y/n get on quite well, as when merlin found him y/n was with her and they weren't afraid of his power, he sees y/n as an older? I guess? Brother)
Y/n was extracting his blood Into a vial for merlin to experiment on and run some tests
Y/n: yaknow... I just realised if she looks into my blood too extensively, this could really bite me in the ass someday...
Y/n: eh, if she asks I'll just lie and tell her that I was the original host of chaos,
Elizabeth was asking y/n to help her with a secret project for meliodas
Diane was searching for a certain flower king gave her 600 years ago
Derieri was confused as she didn't know what lovers day was
Merlin was enchanting a special set of armour for y/n to wear
After everyone had gotten what they were searching for, they all convened back at the boar hat to chat and celebrate the reunion of the sins,
Everybody was heavily drinking and about halfway through the night king knocked escanors glasses off...
Escanor: such insolence!
Everyone immediately jumped out of the windows diving for cover, while y/n calmly walked up to escanor and asked,
Y/n: hey escanor, could you please put your glasses back on,
Escanor: hmph! Why should I have to escort this insolent fairy to his quarters, he is unworthy of my time
Y/n: gowther little help here?
Gowther: sure
He picked up escanors glasses and threy them back onto his face
Escanor poofed back into his night time form with a panicked look
Escanor: oh m-my I'm so v-very sorry for inconveniencing you
Y/n: its alright escanor, you've got nothing to apologise for *thoughts* I wonder if anybody has figured out his power is a grace yet?
As the night continued on the sins all retired to their bedrooms leaving only y/n, derieri, and merlin in the bar,
Merlin: so y/n its lovers day tomorrow...
