My head throbbed badly. It was pounding . I woke up in an unfamiliar place . A boy stood next to me in a formal multicolor sweater and mask , I got up from my feet and realized , I'm wearing a masquerade type themed mask aswell " what the hell is this place?.."
The boy quickly turned to me and guilt grew on his face " what the hell are you doing here and-" he looked at the clock in my hand " how the hell did you get that?!" I panicked and answered " I found it on the floor!"

His face grew with regret " fuck.... I must've dropped it in the palace , listen princess I'm gonna need you to just follow my lead. I'm Karl jacobs . The owner of that clock . And you just put us in a dangerous future alright? So just follow my lead. " I nodded, he started walking towards a mansion infront of us , he entered and was greeted by a nicely dressed man with pink hair " hello ! Welcome to the masquerade ! Who might you be? You seem incredibly... poor." Karl grabbed my hand tightly "my name is Karl. I'm uhh... a... Minecraft youtu-"

" A MINECRAFT YOUTUBERS OMG WOW! You must be incredibly rich please , please come in , calm yourself ! Have a wine whilst your at it "
I giggled at the mans sudden happiness
" and who might the lady be?"
I mumbled " my name is Y/n the 3rd and I am uhh.... a... uh... Minecraft ... streamer?.."

" wow how uhm ordinary I suppose , wealthy enough i guess , my name is sir billiams and I am hosting this masquerade party as you can see my other guests will be coming soon so you can seat yourself in the ball room "

I walked with Karl to the ball room and sat in one of the bar chairs " Karl. What the fuck is going on."  He giggled as he rubbed the back of his neck " well... you see uhm. I'm kind of a time traveler and that clock you winded back put us in a dangerous event that happens in the future . So.. I kind of need to stop whatever happens .. don't worry you won't die , I think"

" YOU THINK?!! , Karl so your telling me. Your a time traveler and something dangerous is gonna happen and we might die."
"Yes..."

I sighed and nodded in understandment , how the hell is he a time traveler though I mean he dresses like one but I never really thought he was one my thoughts were quickly interrupted
" hello! It is me! Sir Cumbucket!"

The boy wore a nice suit and a fox mask
Karl was almost dying from laughter I nudged his forearm and he looked at me with teary eyes from laughter , his hair was brown , he wore a purple mask and a multicolored sweater , it was adorable it seemed like it was homemade he had freckles which covered his face my gazing was interrupted
" why hello! You must be y/n and Karl! I hear you both play minecraft! You must be very wealthy! " Karl giggled " yes! Yes I am" I nodded then quickly came another male by the name Sebastian .
" where is the restroom?"
Sir billiam looked at me
" BUTLErr!! LEAD THIS WOMEN TO THE RESTROOM WILL YOU?"
Suddenly a very tall man with brown colored eyes and a red and green mask jumped down the ball balcony and quickly leaded me to the restroom

I headed out of the bathroom and towards the ball room and saw many people there all sitting in a circle playing duck duck goose... god things are gonna get weird quick , I sat down next to Karl he looked at me with worried eyes , the day continued as normal until the lights went off

" shut up and don't worry about it !" Karl led me into a corner with barrels , we hid inside a hidden large Cabinet behind the barrels

I couldn't figure out who they were , all I could figure out was they were wearing a mask . That's it. A mask. Everyone was wearing a mask so they detail was useless! Soon after the lights came on , Karl took his hand off my mouth and sighed " sorry about that " I giggled nervously" it-it's fine..."
We got out of the cabinet and heard everyone yelling each others names  Karl looked worried and panicked running towards the piano where everyone else was

I started running around the house and into the library , Y/n rushed behind me " whos drew?" Her light red eyes were now dull , she was clearly tired , i sighed "they were here before the lights went out and now their just.. go-" I stepped on a pressure plate and looked behind me , the bookshelf opened as if it was some type of door , I curiously entered the room " y/n stay out there just in case alright?"
She nodded , I entered the room and saw lever

I heard y/n panic and I quickly ran out the room and saw her eyes filled with tears , her hands covering her mouth , she was more pale then she naturally was , I looked to see where she was facing and saw Drew's head planted on a wall. Blood was gushing everywhere , his face had went purple and pale . I quickly grabbed
Y/n and put her head in my chest making sure she couldn't see the decapitated human on the wood , soon the others ran to our direction after hearing y/ns screaming

"Butler. Please clean up the mess" the butler quickly ran infront of me and the crying girl on my chest , and cleaned up the pouring blood trying his best not to throw up my hands were shaking . I know that I had to go back to a dangerous future but.. I didn't know it would be this bad.. I need to try my best to save her. Save me. Save them
