oikawa decided to wake up today. he didn't know what day it was. he also didn't care.
so this morning, a wonderful monday morning, he woke up. he obviously had no idea how long he had been asleep for, so after washing his teeth and changing into his school uniform, he charged downstairs, bringing his mother into a tight hug.
oikawa's mom smiled and hugged him back, burying her youngest son into her chest. confused, oikawa took it as a sign of his mother being mother-ly and stayed in her arms.
she let him go after a few minutes, and then sat him down at the kitchen table. she placed his breakfast in front of him, and oikawa smiled and thanked his mom.
his skin was still on fire, and he could hear his own heartbeat pulsing through his ears. he ate his breakfast quickly, running out the door before his mother could test his temperature. she would have forced him to stay still, but she was quite emotional today and let him go.
as oikawa walked towards his school, he brought out his phone.
