Chapter 20

Kevin's POV 

Damn. Badtrip. Konti na lang e. Andun na o. Konting-konti na lang. Who's this intruder. 

Napaatras si Sam sa pagkalabog ng pinto. Maya-maya lang, may nagsalita. 

She was staring at the direction where the voice was coming. It was a woman. 

"Samantha, dear. Gising ka na ba?" napahawak sa forehead si Sam. 

"Why?" I curiously asked. 

But she put her finger over my lips. "Shh. Mama ko yan. Nalimutan ko, may pupuntahan nga pala kami ngayon." then she looked away.

I froze. Siguro dahil sa kaba. Paano na lang pag nakita kami dito ng nanay niya? Ganito pa itsura namin. Shiiz. Pero bakit parang si Sam chill na chill lang? Ano ba 'to. Siya nga yung babae e. At nanay niya yun. -_________- 

 Her mom kept on talking. About the house and other stuff. 

 "Samantha, bakit ba hindi ka nagsasalita dyan ha? Wag ka na rin munang pumasok. Actually, I dropped-" 

 BOOM! Nakita na niya kami. Well, we're no longer in the same position. Sam told me to continue eating. So, I did. Surprise Tita. :D Ang ganda rin ng mama ni Sam. May pinagmanahan naman pala siya. Ang kaibahan nga lang, maraming abubot sa katawan yung nanay niya. Si Sam kasi, simple lang. :"> 

 "Sam! Who is he?!" english speaking pa. Mukhang galit yung nanay niya. Patay. >.< 

 Napatayo kami parehas. 

"G-good morning po!" napayuko ako sa sobrang kaba. -.- 

"He's my friend." Damn, kalmadong kalmado lang si Sam. Why? This girl, she's amazingly weird. 

Wait. Friend?! Friend lang? :/ Well, yeah. Kung tutuusin. We're just friends. For now. *evil grin* 

"Okay then, sit down hijo. Mabuti na yung malinaw." napalunok ako ng laway. Mukhang sophisticated din yung nanay niya. Nagtatatalon na puso ko sa kaba. 

 "Ma, breakfast ka muna." Sam offered her mom some food. But.. 

"No, thanks. I already had breakfast. And besides, hindi ako kumakain niyan." Napakibit balikat na lang si Sam. Yung totoo, nanay niya ba talaga 'to? Pssh. Di na ako kumain. Kakahiya naman. Baka maturn-off pa siya sakin. Bawas pogi points din yung sa future manugang ko. *ehem* 

"Anyways, I dropped by to remind you about the party tonight. I already told you that weeks ago so I am expecting that you already cleared your schedule. The dress and everything you are going to wear are all ready. You don't have any reason not to come. That's all. I have appointments to attend. See you later." She kissed Sam on the cheeks. But Sam, she looked so pissed off about what she heard. 

"Pero Ma.." Sam was just staring at her plate. Controlling her temper. 

Her mom, who was about to leave the kitchen, looked back. 

"How many times do I have to tell you that it's Mom, not mama, nanay, mommy of anything." Hinampas niya yung table. o.O "It's MOM!" Napatayo si Sam. Uh-oh, feeling ko, di ko ata dapat pinapanuod 'to. Kaso ayoko namang makisingit para magpaalam na aalis. >.< 

Her MOM took a deep breath. "You can't go? Is that what you want to tell me? Just because of whatever you are doing to earn a living? God Coleen! I am only asking you one night. I already gave you the privilege to be independent. To do whatever you want. Can't you atleast do this for me and your dad?" 

Coleen, este Sam also took a deep breath. "MOM, Ilang beses ko rin bang dapat sabihin sa inyo na wala akong interes dyan sa mga business party niyo. Hayy. Hindi nyo alam kung gaano kalaki ang mawawala sa akin dahil lang sa isang gabi. Pero sige. I'll do it. Ng matahimik na kayo ni DAD." 

Phew. Intense. o.O 

"Good. Sinasayang mo ang ganda mo. You should expose yourself to the world. Show them how beautiful Samantha Coleen Monteverde is. Socialize my dear. And lastly, find yourself a date." Umalis na yung nanay niya. Napaupo si Sam after their confrontation. 

Expose yourself to the world? NO! Baka maagaw pa si Samantha ko. 

"Uhm, Sam.." 

"ANO?!" Oooppss. Init ng ulo niya. Haha. xD 

"Papasok pa ba tayo?" 

"What kind of question is that?! Obviously, hindi na. Late na late na tayo." >.< 

She's so cute when she's angry. :"""""""""> 

"Sam.." 

"Ano na naman yun?!" 

"Ang cute mo magalit." *wink* 

"God Kevin. I don't have time to play around with you now." Hahaha. Sarap niyang asarin. xD 

"Uhm, Sam. One more thing." lakas ng trip ko. Epekto ng tuyo. xD 

"What else do you want to say Kevin?!" 

"Magnanay nga kayo." *belat* Takbo na ako sa living room. Baka matadyakan ako ng wala sa oras. HAHAHAHA.
