To anyone who is bullied, self-harms, or has anxiety:
I feel you. I have bad anxiety, but I push myself to stand in front of hundreds of people and perform. I get bullied, yet I stand up when friends of mine are being hurt by others. I sort of self-harm. I beat myself up both internally and externally, but I encourage others to stay happy. Why? Why do I help when I have the same problems? There's no way to stop a lot of this. But by trying everyday to face these things that are like weights holding me back, it brings me one step closer to making my life better. Don't give up just yet, stay grand for one more minute. When roads get rough, all you can do is try not to fall in a pothole and avoid the bumps. Love all of you (x)- Peyton
