Hey, everyone! I hope you’ve been doing well since the last time I posted. Unfortunately, I have some not-so-great news for you. From now on, this Wattpad account will be going on an indefinite hiatus.
I’m going to be honest: the latter half of quarantine has really gotten to me. My mental health and executive functioning have deteriorated recently, and it’s made my writing productivity suffer. I haven’t been able to write anything new that I like for months. Now, the upcoming school year promises to demand a lot of my writing energy, so I really don’t know if I’ll have it in me to write any fanfiction.
Plus, I feel like this account is dedicated to my Gravity Falls and Howl’s Moving Castle works. Those fandoms belong to an era of my life that I feel like may now be past, and if I write for new fandoms, I’d like to turn over a new leaf and post on a different account. Therefore, if I ever manage to get my fanfiction writing mojo back, you’ll probably see me posting on AO3.
There is a VERY small possibility that I will write one more Gravity Falls-related work and post it here, but PLEASE don’t count on it. The project is very long and involved and would take a lot more research to write, so I’m quite uncertain of my ability to manage it.
For now, this is (mostly) good-bye from me on this account. I may still respond to comments every now and then, but I probably won’t be posting any new writing here. Thank you all so much for all of the love and attention you’ve given me and my works over the years. I wish you the best of luck fulfilling your fanfiction cravings in the future!
