After careful consideration regarding the state of the fanfiction community as a whole, I have decided to remove the series from each site it has been posted. The series has been stolen before, with passages plagiarized and ripped into other fanfiction, including characters very near and dear to the story, without my permission. It has never been a fun experience to see hours of hard work in a passion project stolen and passed off as someone else's own.

In addition to the theft of my work, I also do not support the individuals who are selling other author's work. Not only is this disrespectful to the author, but it is incredibly illegal. These actions will be what leads to the eventual demise of fanfiction. Unfortunately, these incidents are becoming less and less isolated. A search of popular works shows hundreds, if not thousands, of listings to purchase these works. This is not only highly frowned upon, but as mentioned above - it is illegal.

So What now?

I can still be found online, and I will continue to post some of my original work.

If you're on Discord, I highly recommend joining The House of Moony server. The fic can still be discussed as it was, and I may potentially be willing to share files of the story. I haven't decided on that just yet, but it is a maybe. At the very least you can discuss your disappointment with some other very disappointed readers. On the flip side, if you come join us, you can learn more about the rewrite of this series and the progress of how that's going.
